Chapter XII~ A memory from the past

" I need to tell you something! Please stop! Stop and listen to me, Nicky!"
May cried. " You're gifted! You have powers! You are extraordinairy!"
The girl looked back at May and stopped running away. Finally, she stood still.
" I already know I am an Elemental! And I know you are crazy for coming all this way to tell me when I already know!"
May gasped. Her hesitant face was looked at by Nicky.
" But, how! How? How do you know? "
" Can you stop bothering me? I want to get school on time! " Nicky screamed
" Please tell me! Please, Nicky!"

Nicky walked away and moved towards her school. She didn't look back and sighed. Slowly after, she shouted a few words.
" Blaise! Blaise told me!" She suddenly stopped in her path and a single tear fell from Nicky's eyes. " He calmed me down, when I accidentally made a tornado and ruined everything! Everything! He showed me his powers and asked my favourite places and favourite animals and... He told me that it was going to be Ok and... And... He said he was always going to be there for me and..."
Nicky ran down the road till she could not be seen anymore by May. May gulped. From that point on, she knew the Air artefact had been taken.
' How could someone trick an innocent little 10-year old girl into finding the Air artefact?' May thought to herself. From that day on, May promised to protect the fourth and final Water artefact from her dear brother: Blaise.
