Dawn's POV
Funneh can kiss her man goodbye. I ring the doorbell. I hear footsteps behind the door, and I smooth my dress. He opens the door and stares at me. Play it cool, Dawn... "Hey." I say sweetly. "...Dawn?" He whispers. "Hello, Alec. How are you doing?" He frowns at my smile. "Why are you here?" "I'm taking you back. I know you are still falling for me." "I- No I'm not. I have a new girlfriend. A better one." I nod. "Yeah, right. May I come in?" "I'm getting ready for a date." He protests, blocking the entrance. "She can wait a couple minutes. Just a couple." He pauses, thinking about it. "Fine. But no funny stuff." He let's me inside and I giggle. This is going perfectly. "So... what are you doing here again? We broke up a year ago." He says as I make myself comfortable on his soft couch. "Alec, come, sit down with me." I insist, patting the seat next to me. He reluctantly sits down. "Now explain."
Funneh's POV
6:49. He should come soon. I don't know. Maybe he is still preparing, he probably wants to make this date perfect. God, he is so sweet. I examine my appearance in the mirror. Everything looks perfect. Blue dress that matches my blue shoes that matches my blue necklace that matches my blue hair. I laugh to myself about my out-of-hand obsession with the color blue. I'm so excited for this date. I'm so excited to see Alec dressed up. I'm so in love.
Alec's POV
"Explain!" I repeat when Dawn simply smirks. I'm ready to throw her out when she leans in and kisses me.
