Chapter 4

Anna's POV

"The reason y'all are here is because after today...we are not going to have school for the rest of the semester." Dad said. "What do you mean?" We all asked at the same time. "Let us explain." Dad said. "You guys are going on a vacation." Emma's Mom said.

"Why." I asked really confused. "It's not safe here for you guys." Tyler's Dad said. "What do you mean it not safe here for us?" Tyler asked. "There was a threat made by someone targeting the school. So everyone is being sent on vacations for the rest of the semester." Cole's Mom said.

"Is the whole school going to the same place?" Cole asked. "No. The school is being separated into groups of 5." My Mom said. "You guys get to choose if you want to be a group of 5 or 6." Lilly's Mom said. "Who is the 6th person?" Lilly asked. "Bailey." Emma's Dad said.

"I'm good with Bailey coming with us." Cole said and we all nodded in agreement. "Ok Tyler can you go get Bailey and her Mom's?" Tyler's Mom asked. "Ya I'll go get them. "Tyler replied. He left to go get them and returned not even 2 minutes later because they were in the office.

Bailey and her parents already know what's going on. Dad told them before he called us down. "You guys get to choose where you want to go. Here is a list of places you can choose from." Emma's Dad said.

He handed each of us a paper with 105 places on it and we all picked a place without the others knowing what we picked. We all gave the paper back. "You all picked the same place, California. So I guess you're going to California tonight." Cole's Dad said.

"You guys aren't allowed to say anything to anyone." Lilly's Dad said. "You will finish the rest of the day and go to practice then go home and pack and then meet back here and we all will get into the van we use for the cheerleaders when they have competitions and go to the airport. We have decided that the Cheerleaders and Football players will be using our private jets to go where ever they pick." Lilly's Dad said. "Ok." We all said and then left his office and went back to class.

I started a group chat on Snapchat with Bailey, Tyler, Cole, Emma, Lilly, and I.

C-The teachers do know. I heard Lilly's Dad talking to himself writing an email to all of the them before he brought us all in
A-Good because I want to say goodbye to all of our teachers starting now
L-True. I'm going to do the same. Make sure that the other kids don't hear you
A-I know. I'll be careful

I shut off my phone and went back to paying attention as class was over. I walked out into the hallway and met up with everyone. "Yo we should all eat Lunch on the roof." Lilly said. "I'm down." Tyler and Cole said."Lets do it." Emma, Bailey I nodded and shrugged. "Ok it's settled after you get lunch lets meet on the rooftop." Lilly said.

Lilly, Bailey, and I got our lunch and went to the rooftop. We were the first ones up there. Then Tyler and Cole came out. "Hey guys." Tyler said. "Hey." We replied. Then Emma came out. "Hey." Emma said. "Hey." We all said.

"You guys know what. I'm gonna miss it here. Coming to school everyday and scaring you all and messing with Bailey. Aren't you guys going to miss school?" Lilly asked. "Ya I am. It's gonna be so sad not waking up and coming to school and sitting under the big oak tree." Emma said.

"I am. I'm gonna miss sleeping in my bed then coming to school and messing with Lilly while you're all sitting under the big oak."Bailey said. "You know I'm gonna miss going to Football games every Friday night and practice everyday after school." Cole said. "I'm going to miss Football and most of all the big oak tree." Tyler said.
