Chapter 15

Anna's POV

"What do you want?" I asked. "I just wanted to let you know that you left your phone in my car so I came to give it back to you." Cole said.

"Ok thank you, but don't you think that this could've waited until the morning?" I asked as he handed me back my phone.

"Ya it probably would have but I just felt like you would be looking for it. Sorry to disturb you and your beauty sleep." He replied and we both started laughing.

"Ok thanks. I'll see you in the morning." I said. He just smiled and gave me a hug then went back to his room.

I quietly climbed back into bed with out waking up Lilly because I knew that if I did she'd be pissed off. Then I went back to sleep.

Day 33
When I woke up it was 7:30. I checked my phone and seen that I had a Snapchat from an old friend that I haven't talked to in 2 almost 3 years.

I opened it and all it said was "I need your help, A" I was confused at first. She hasn't called me A in forever.

I immediately texted her back and asked her what was wrong. It took her about 2 minutes to respond and when she did I got chills though-out my whole body.

She said " A, Eugen took me and has been holding me captive for the past 2 years and every day he comes in and rapes me and abuses me. I finally was able to get a phone and your the first person who I decided to get a hold of. I know that we haven't talked but it was because he wouldn't let me. Can you please send help? I'm not the only one there are other girls here, I don't know how many but one of them is pregnant. The address that we're staying at is Apartment 14b at Rose Hill apartments in La. Please send help. He's coming back I have to go."

I immediately ran to my parents room and woke up my Dad and showed him what she had said. "Dad we have to help them. Can you send someone to go help her?" I asked practically begging.

"Yes babygirl. I'll send a team right now to the address that she gave you. We're gonna get her back in no time" Daddy replied and I hugged him and started crying into his shirt.

"Ok sweetheart let's go get some food." Dad suggested. I nodded but I knew that I wasn't going to be able to eat that much if anything at all.

When we got downstairs everyone was up at this point and enjoying their breakfast. "Hey baby where were you this morning?" Lilly asked. I just started crying and fell onto the floor.

"Hey babygirl, it's gonna be ok. We'll get them out. I promise." Daddy said in my ear trying to comfort me. I nodded and got up and walked into the living and just sat in silence.

In the kitchen I could here Dad telling everyone what happened this morning. When he was done everyone came and crowded around me and started hugging me.

"LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!" I screamed and ran out of the house and just kept on running until I ended up on the beach.

I walked around for a good couple of hours and decided to finally go home. When I got there no one said a word to me so I just went up to my room and decided to take a shower.

When I was done with my shower I put on some sweats and a oversized band t-shirt and just sat on my bed re-reading the text from P.

I missed her so fucking much. She was my best friend through everything and then one day she just up and disappeared without so much as a goodbye.

I can't believe that Eugen is the reason why she's gone. He seamed so perfect for her. I guess not. I ended up falling asleep from all of the emotions. I woke up to my Dad sitting next me.
