It's almost 9:00 PM as Cinna leads us through the main room. To the left is a hallway, it's too thin for all of us to walk side-by-side, but enough room for me and Gale to stand beside each other as Cinna takes us to a room. It's the first room on the right side of the hallway. The doors metal and creaks when Cinna opens it.

"This will be your room, Katniss. Gale is right down the hallway, and I am right across from you."
I look back down the hall. the hall is very long and there is about twenty doors. my room looks the same as the first room we entered except there are no tables and a little bunk bed fits in the corner. The room is small.
"Will I be having a roommate?" I ask.
"Depends on if we find someone else wandering around in the woods." Says Cinna.
"Thanks." I smile and walk past them. Now I that there is a small window, and a table in the cornerS there is a slot in the door.
I wonder how long I will be staying here.

They leave and I sit on the bottom bunk. The top is low, so I have to rest my elbows on my thighs in order to keep my head from hitting the metal. The bed isn't that comfortable, but it will work.

The sun is going down, I see the faint orange and yellow colors reflecting on the dark blue sky. I decide to sleep since I have to get up early. I wonder what time it is.

I rest my head on the hard pillow and close my eyes, but I do not sleep. I think of Peeta. I left him wondering if I would ever come back.
He's fine, he has Annie and the kids, and Haymitch, and everyone else in District 12.
But me.

When I wake; it's still dark, but the sun threatens to rise. I really need a clock, or something to tell me the time. I slept in my clothes. I'm still in my hunting boots and jacket.

I get up and walk over to the door. The metal is cool under my fingers. It's hard to open, and very heavy.
I walk down the hall into the front room, but I find no one in there. I remember Cinna telling me that his room was right across the hall, so that is where I go.
Maybe he has a clock. He has to have one, how else would he be able to tell the time?
I knock lightly, resulting in an echo down the hall. No answer.
I knock again, and again, no answer. I knock once more, and I am about to walk in when I felt a hand on my back.
I jump and turn around, finding Gale in the darkness. He pulls me in and hugs me tightly.
"Sorry," he whispers. We stand in silence.
"What are you doing up so early?" He asks.
"I didn't know what time it was. I was going to ask Cinna."
Gale lets go of me, and tells me the time. It's almost 1:30 am.
I was about to ask how he knew, but he left as soon as he told me.
