Gale looked at me, and I stared at Matthew.

"A proposal?" I asked.

Matthew nodded. "We will chat on the way there."

Gale studied Matthew, his face hard. "On the way where?"

Matthew laughed. "Don't ask questions. It's not that far away from here. We'll chat when we get there, and you can decide weather to stay or not. This could change our lifestyle. This could change everything."

I sat down on the floor. Are we being taken?

No. He said we had a choice weather to stay.

"Well," I said, "I'm definitely not staying wherever your taking us. I have a family. I can't just leave everyone."

Matthew looked down at me.

"You won't be leaving them. They can come too." He leaned back on a wall. "And if this all works out, everyone here can live there together."

About thirty minutes had passed and the hovercraft landed.

We exited onto a platform. I studied our surroundings. A huge, white rectangular building stretched about five miles to the left of us, and about ten shorter, more square buildings stretched to the right. It was all surrounded by a high fence.

On the other side of the fence was rubble. A leftover wasteland from the dark days.

There was a few patches of grass here and there, and a couple of trees.

A young girl, probably twenty, came out of the white rectangular building.

She was pretty, her brown hair framed her pale face, and her blue eyes reminded me of the clear blue water in the Quarter Quell. She was tall and slim. There was something unsettling about her.

When she reached us, she reached a hand out to me and Gale.

"Hello, Katniss and friend," she said, her voice sent a chill up my spine. How does she know my name? She smiled, revealing snow white teeth.

"My name is Claudia Snow."
