Hedling's Establishment of Leveled Learning. Is very strict from what I could tell from the uniforms to the Christian only sign on the front gate. When I walked in I could have sworn I went to school at Hogwarts. It had pale stone stairs, thick arched doors, and an overabundance of old portraits. I walked fast up the steps, there wasn't much of a line, cause most students didn't go as early. I got to the third floor, and let out a rusty breath. "I'm getting too old for this!?" I thought, placing my hands on my knees and breathing slowly. "If I can't handle three flights of stairs then how will I do in PE class?"
"You must be the new girl!" A blonde girl, with brown eyes, came up to me with a hand full of books. "I'm Gracey, Gracey Hopps" We shook hands
"Funny, you said it like James Bond but backward" I laugh but Gracey stands there oblivious to my comparison.
"I've read up on your transcript, I hope you won't bring any of that nonsense here to Hedling Heights!" She smiled, I nod. I'm not promising anything once I go off, I. Go. Off.
"How did you know I was new?" I said changing the subject.
She quickly eyes my attire. "Your sense of style?" She smiles while tracing my outfit with her finger. I look at her outfit. It is a pale blue skirt, with a white undershirt, a blue tie, and a jean jacket.I blush, Gracy pointing out the misfortune of not fitting in for the first day would make me embarrassed for the rest of the day. "Yeah, I haven't gotten mine yet"
"Oh if you don't have it in a few days you may want to pick it up at the office" she sweetly smiled. "Anyway I have all of your classes with you, so I hope we are going to be good friends!" I follow Gracey. The first half of the school day took what felt like all year. At lunch, we walked to the Cafeteria. As 10th graders, we aren't allowed to eat outside of school grounds.
"Hey, guys!" Grace grabs my hand and leads me to a circular table in the middle of the Cafeteria. "This is Ocean Jennings, she moved here from New York." I do a half wave and sit down. "That's Nellie, and Verona" We all talk during lunch. The bell rang and Grace and I walk out together to our next class which is Biology. It is by far the worst class all day. Mrs. Grant was nice, but she isn't the problem.Tamara Summers.
"Good Morning Class, Let's welcome our newest student, Ocean Jennings." The class looks back at me, and then back at the front. "Let's start the Annual Science Commission Fair" she rang a gong at the front of the room. "Partners will be Grace and Kevin. Tamara and Zakry," she goes through the other names, "Kenny and Frankie, finally Noah and Ocean." I heard a couple of gasps, "well what are you waiting for!" She rushes.
"Hi, I'm Noah Jasons." He falls over the chair and the entire class started looking at him. "Gosh Silla me" He makes the horrible Spanish pun, and waits for the laughter, but it never comes, and he sits back down in embarrassment.
"I'm Ocean Jennings." I introduce myself. He has Sandy blonde hair and blue eyes. "What are we doing?" I ask looking at all the instructions on the board, absolutely confused out of my mind.
"The Science Commission Fair is a test you take with a partner." He says bringing a textbook out of his backpack. "There are two parts, the written exam, and the Project Exam, it counts for half of your grade. The set of students with the highest score gets a thousand dollars and five Marks""Mark?" I ask unfamiliar with the word. Noah laughs and explains.
"Basically it's like a credit you can use on campus, you get them by getting the top grades on test and quizzes, also teachers can give you Marks whenever they see you do a 'Kind Christian Act'." He shows me his Mark Card. "I have about 5 Marks saved up" He sighs, I can tell that isn't a lot of Marks. "I obviously don't have a lot, but I just spent them on my textbooks today, but Tamara Summers has the most Marks of anybody in the school, she says the Teachers always catch her doing the good things, so they just give her Marks. Shes got like 400 of them saved up" I nod and bring out my textbook and a blank notebook. We start studying and planning our project, we are quick to pick a chapter and do the project. We picked the Fishes and The Aquatic Ecosystem. It was the shortest, but also the hardest. Infested in my Biology textbook, I don't notice, a girl with brown hair and hazel eyes. "Noah, honey!" She sat in his lap. "I need some help, with my Calculus Homework" she handed her homework to him, while I pretended to be studying.
"Sure Tamara" he whispered, he sighed and added it to the overflowing stack of homework he had in his folder. Most all copies of the same one, he was doing others homework the boy doesn't know how to say no.
"Oh, thank you, thank you, thank you!" She kisses him, and looks over at me, "Who are you?"
"I'm Ocean" I held out my hand in a greeting, even though I think she is already a bad girlfriend.
She whipped her head back in laughter, and got up off of Noah's lap, and continued out of the room laughing. "That's my girlfriend Tamara." He smiled, staring as she left the room. Noah is absolutely infatuated with her. I snapped my fingers in front of his face. "Hello lover boy, can we get back to work?"
"Ye-yeah," we study for the rest of the class, he mostly talks about Tamara. Finally at 3:55 my limo was waiting outside to pick me up and drive me home.
"OJ?" Jamie says from the other side of the limo nervously. "Be honest" he twiddles his fingers "Did you or did you not see anything yesterday?"I look down, I had to think if I should tell him the truth or just dodge the question. The truth I decide "I did, see you with a girl..."
He blushed, and sighed a relief, "That's Mari, she is B-E-A-utiful." He put his chin in his hands. He shows the same kind of infatuation with a girl like Noah does, what kind of girls is this place producing?
"Well, I'm happy for you Jamie!" I mean it, he is actually going to settle down, and this girl seemed nice.
~time skip~
"Ocean!" I hear Jamie call me from the bottom of the stairs.I acknowledge him and get up. "Wassup?" I greet from the top of the huge staircase.
"Come here, I want you to meet Mari!" He is so excited, so am I. So glad that I don't have to worry about that Ruby girl anymore, she was giving me serious hives. She came around the corner with a plate full of cookies. I knew her brown hair, and hazel eyes anywhere. Tamara Summers!
she saw me and dropped the plate in shock. "Oo, babe, are you ok?" Jamie crouched down to help pick up pieces. She was shaking and so was I. This girl was lighting the match to burn the fire of revenge. This bitch ass looking Mean Girls looking sluttyest girl, it made me so angry."Yes, the plate- just-just slipped" she shuddered, shoving the cookie back on the plate. She pushes her hair out of her face and clutches Jamie to her chest.
"Tamara, I thought that you were..." I ask genuinely confused I thought she was with Noah? Now she is with my brother? This is so uncool, I almost say something until she yells.
"Studying for the SCF!" She interrupted "Nope, just spending time, with my boyfriend, my only boyfriend" Tamara glares at me, daring me to say something about Noah.
"You should go study baby girl!" Jamie gestures to the door, she nods and slowly walks to the door, anxious to get out of this mess.
"Do you like her?" I asked, wondering how hard it is going to be when I tell him for him to believe me.
"No" he answered. I sighed easy peasy he isn't obsessed. "I love her"
Crap...

I know this was short, but do you think Ocean should tell Jamie, that Tamara is cheating on him? I haven't decided if I should! Don't forget to press the star, and to comment if you liked it!
