Chapter 25

April's POV

I pulled into my driveway after Cheer practice. I can't wait to just relax for the rest of night.
I went up to my room and laid down on my bed when all of a sudden Carly came out of my closet in a pretty red dress.
"Uh what are you doing in my closet?" I asked confused.
"I have to get you ready!" Carly said
"For what?" I asked confused
"It's a surprise! Go in the shower and when you come out I'll do your makeup,hair,and outfit!" Carly squealed and pushed in me bathroom
When I got out of the shower I put on some sweats and a t-shirt.
"So what are we doing?" I asked.
"I can't tell you! just let me do my magic." she said.
She wouldn't let me look at myself in the mirror so I was sitting there totally confused.
"Go put this on!" she yelled and handed a pile of clothes with shoes.
I went into the bathroom and changed without looking in the mirror.
"Can I look at myself now?!" I yelled so Carly came in the room. She came running in the room.
"OMG yessss!!" she yelled. I turned around,faced the mirror and gasped.
I was dressed in a white lace flowy dress that cinched at the waist. It went to about mid thigh.I was wearing mint blue flats and my hair was in nice curls. Carly did my makeup really pretty. It consisted of mascara, winged eyeliner that made my green eyes pop,and a pretty baby pink lipstick.
"Carly, I love it! But what's all this about?" I asked
"I can't tell you your going to have to come with me." she said walking out of my room.

We've been driving for half an hour already and I have no clue where we are going. Carly pulled up to the start of the wood and I was so confused.
"What the hell Carly?" I asked
"Just get out and follow the trail" she said.
I got out of the car and Carly drove away. I saw a little stone path. I walked down it a little ways and saw a little round table. On the table was a notecard. I picked it up and on it it said.

'You are so beautiful'

I had a feeling this is all run by Carter.
It was really sweet and I was excited to find out why he was all doing this.
I kept walking along the path and I saw another table and note. It read.

'Im so happy I can call you mine'

I'm gonna cry. This is so sweet. There was another note so I unfolded it and it read.

'Will You Go To Prom With Me?'

I gasped and looked up and saw I was in a clearing or field. Carter was standing in the middle wearing dark jeans and a button up shirt with his dark hair jelled back. He looked hot and professional. He was holding a bouquet of blue roses...my favorite!
I walked up to him and smiled.
"Soooo will you go to prom with me?" he asked
"No"
