I grumpily went back to school. I was so confused with this whole situation. Maybe that's why (y/n) said that I didn't know her. Who she really was.
I walked to my locker and shoved my whole backpack in there not even thinking about the books I needed for my next class.
"Peter?" (Y/n) said touching my shoulder
I jumped "ahh! Don't hurt me!" I yelled throwing my fist like crazy.
She jumped back so she wouldn't get hit by me.
"Peter? A-are you okay?" She asked
She seemed so sweet, so innocent...
I relaxed myself and let out a sigh "yeah I'm fine. Sorry for uh almost hitting you."
She smiled at the ground "it's-it's fine...look I have to apologize."
I shut my locker and leaned up against it "for what?"
"Uh for yelling at you today? Don't you remember?" She said gripping her backpack.
"Oh uh yeah don't worry about it, it's fine."
"Okay. Um do you want to do anything after school?"
"I can't sorry." I said with a straight face
I could almost see her heart drop. She looked so sad and sincere, but why?
"Oh uh it's okay. I'll see you tomorrow then." She nodded her head and started to walk away.
I wanted to say something, but I stopped myself. She was a spy, an agent, a killer.
"Yo what's up with (y/n) I've never her seen her sad before. Mad yes, but sad..." Ned said waking up to me.
I jumped in front of Ned's face.
"Ned I'm going to tell you something and you have to promise me you won't tell anyone."
Your POV
I felt really bad about what happened this morning with Peter. I told him I was sorry which I would never do in a million years, but something about Peter makes me feel like I'm in control.
I just wish I would know why he didn't want to hang out with me. Yesterday he would've jumped at the idea of us hanging out. How can things change so much in two days?
I started to walk out of the school when I got a call from my boss.
"Hello?" I said
"(Y/n) how's your mission going?" He said
"It's a difficult task but don't worry everything is going according to plan." I lied
"Good, I just wanted to make sure you found out everything there is to know about the Avengers and Spiderman before the school year is over."
"If I may ask, you never told me why you needed this information. What's so special about it?"
"And what's it to you?"
"Uh nothing I was just wondering."
"Well I suggest you don't 'wonder' again or you might not be alive for the rest of the school year."
