While I am getting over a slight writers block and confusion of where to put the baby stuff, enjoy this chapter flashback! The follower goal (as suggested by 5 people) will be down below! If you want another chapter, you gotta reach the goal :)

"Congratulations!" I gave Tal a tight hug, playing with the tassel that drooped from his graduation cap. "Thanks, Aria." He embraced me in another hug, his hands moving down my back to pull my body close.

We were good friends, but we were teased frequently about our interests in each other. At our age it was quite hard to find love, because we were older and now entering stages of adulthood. Not only that, but Tal and I were very specific people.

Tal and I loved spending time together and hanging out, and unlike other female-male friendly relationships, we were hella comfortable with each other. We could both burp in front of each other without being embarrassed, and just tell each other the most disgusting things we've done.

Tal never judged me, and I never judged him. Not only that, but he was quite popular in his school for his YouTube channel, Tal and Short. Adi was coming into high school still, while Tal and I had just graduated. I went to a private school off the coast, so Tal didn't get to see me graduate.

I was strictly raised, even though my mother was the chillest alcoholic. Before I met Tal, I was depressed and just not into anything anymore. I would never threaten my life just because I didn't feel like it, but I truly felt like I could jump off a bridge and nobody would've cared.

"Thanks for being here." He patted my back, a girl embracing him in a tight hug. Tingles went through my cheeks, my face becoming red. Who was this girl? I wasn't.....jealous, was I? No, Aria! You can't be jealous with your FRIEND! Let him hug her! Plus, she looks like just a really good fr-

Before I could finish, they smashed lips, her legs jumping up onto above his hipline, his robe being pulled by her lightweight body. They made out for what seemed like hours, my curious view keeping locked on the two. As they unfolded themselves, I quickly changed my view to my phone, trying to fake giggle at a text from an old "male friend" even though we were just goofing off.

Tal looked down at her. "I'll miss you." The petite girl chimed, and I shook my head. "What's her name?" I asked softly as she strut away. Tal was zoned out, looking at her ass. "Natalie." He bit his lip. I didn't really pay attention to the name much. "Cool." I tried to keep my attitude up, trying to make it clear I didn't like Tal. You don't like him, Aria. I tried to keep that in my head.

It was hard to see Tal with another girl, especially like that. "Want to go get something to eat?" Tal asked, and I slowly nodded, his hand going over my back to lead me out to his car. "I can drive myself." I retorted softly, and he smiled. "I always drive you, though!" He elbowed me jokingly, and I nodded. "Okay." I accepted, knowing that Tal was just trying to help.

I didn't want this girl to get in the way of Tal and I's friendship. We were just friends. That's right, I was forcefully friendzoning him. Walking into Wendy's, I sat down while he ordered. He knew what I wanted, and I loved him for that. His hair was so good looking, the way he spoke and his mouth stayed slightly open when he was thinking. He looked over at me, and our eyes connected.

I left him with a cute smirk before returning my eyes to my phone, ending the texting with my goofy ex-friend and moving to Instagram. I spam liked many pictures before Tal appeared at the table, setting down my large fries with a medium fruit punch.

"Thank you, Tal!" I tried to stay civil, his eyebrows raising. "Why are you acting so weird? You literally have been acting like I am your brother since the carride." He scoffed, and I shook my head. "I'm fine!" I insisted, walking over to grab ketchup.

After eating, I had nervously asked to be excused to the restroom twice, and we were finally in Tal's car. He was driving me back to the school parking lot where I had left my car. Hopping out, he followed me towards my car.

"Aria, stop." He commanded, pushing me softly with his approach up against the car. Sitting against the bumper, I sighed. "What, Tal?" I asked with a groan and rub to my temple.

"Why are you all of a sudden avoiding me? I swear to God if you say 'I am fine' one more time I will rip those perfect little hairs from your head." He growled the empty threat, and I looked at my shoes. I was nervous.

"I don't know, it's just awkward with that Natasha girl." Right, totally butchered the name. Tal didn't even care, he just bent in forward and our lips attached. Pushing him away, I made a dead stare into his eyes. "Why did you kiss me? You kissed her earlier!" I pouted rudely towards him.

Tal shook his head. "She's going off to college." He insisted, and I scoffed. "Right, that makes it SO much better! I am now your girl, right? Your use?" I shoved him away and tried to quickly unlock my car. Dropping my keys, I bent down and hopped back up to unlock.

"Please, Aria! The truth is...." He couldn't find words. "Right, there is no truth. You were just friends with me to hook up with me, right? You were us-" Before I could finish, Tal covered my mouth with his hand.

"The truth is, I have always loved you and I was too much of a weenie to tell you!" He spat out, and I stopped talking. Softly removing his larger hand from my mouth, I looked up into his eyes.

"Why didn't you just say so?" I tried to smile, his eyes connecting with mine. "Because you're as stubborn as a mule." He joked, our lips connecting. He brought me up slightly, because big ol' Tal was Tall.

I sat up in bed that night, Tal fast asleep next to me. Rubbing my baby bump, I shed a tear and wiped it away. I can't believe I was having a baby with the love of my life.
