"Who is this?" The caller replied sharply and quickly. "Aria......" I started off, and I took the phone from my mouth to sniffle and sneeze, trying to get my groggy crying voice to go away.

"Aria! Are you okay?" I wanted to cry even more. My mom, the person who would smack me with her beer bottles, the person who would not even give a cent to help with the rent, the person who blamed my dad leaving on me, was actually asking how I was.

"I'm actually about to give birth." I laughed, shocked myself. "WHAT!?" She exclaimed happily. "Honey bunches, where are you?" That name was my nickname when I was younger, since my hair was always messy and blonde, people would call me Honey Bunches of Oats, since my hair looked like one of the pieces of cereal.

Long story short, it brought me to more tears. "I-I'm in California, Mama. We're going to Promise Hospital.....by the East Coast?" I guessed, seeing as the sign said just that.

"Baby, I will be there soon, okay? Just stay calm, and bring this baby into the world." She hung up. Where even was she? Was she back in Ohio? In Nevada? I thought of all of the places we used to live.

Was she here? Before I could even think more about my mother's location, another sharp pain hit my abdomen. That was not normal. Was I going to die? Was this baby going to die? Babies? I didn't even know anymore.

Tal shot into the vehicle, ramming his keys into the keyhole and shooting out into the road. He shot down 2 blocks before taking a sharp right.

"Baby, our goal is to get to the hospital in this car, not in an ambulance after we've crashed." I breathed hard out of my nose, my hands gripping my lower stomach to act like it would ease the pain. It wouldn't.

Tal pulled up into the front, running inside. Behind him fled two nurses, both with a stretcher up at the top. I walked up two staircases carefully before I felt it. Down my pajama pants. water.

"My w-water just broke." I admitted, and Tal widened his eyes. "So it's actually the baby?" He tried to hide his excitement and try to make it a serious matter and the nurse nodded. "The water breaking means the baby is moving into the birth canal, which means it should be soon." She smiled at Tal, helping me onto the stretcher. Tal went out to the car to pull it around and grab our bags.

Before long, I was on an Epidural and calm in my bed, trying not to feel the pressure when the contractions hit. "Hello, Aria." A young female nurse walked in.

"I am head of the pregnancy ward, and I am going to help you deliver today." She smiled, setting up the ultrasound. "Wow! A big mama!" She commented when lifting my gown. Tal held my hand while I looked at the screen.

"Do you know the gender?" She asked, and we shook our head. "Would you like to?" She raised a brow, and I looked up at Tal. "Do you?" He rubbed the loose hairs from my forehead to give me a clear view, and I smiled at him. "Yeah." I bit my lip, looking at the screen. "Okay! You're having a boy and......." She looked closer. Moving around the wand a little more, she gave a wide smile. "You're having a boy and a girl!" She said proudly, and I gasped. TWO BABIES!?  I mean, the doctor did say it could've been a mistake, but it wasn't!
