Hopeless -Forever? Jake says No

I had no idea why I was moving. If a turn came, I turned. I even stopped myself at the traffic signals. Everyone thought I was Harry Styles and kept staring. But they were wrong, I was Steve. Not Harry Styles. I hated One Direction from the start but as Kaylee loved them, I had to. I never mentioned it in front of her so her heart doesn't break. I was thinking about Kaylee all the time. Not even my family. Neither my little sister, Sage. I loved Sage but right now, I was looking for my Kaylee. I had to take a step now. I thought. If I kept moving in the streets like this, nothing will happen.

I just made my way to Kaylee's house when I realized I left Chloe alone. As I turned around, I saw my friends coming. They seemed tired and sweaty. Like they had been finding me for a long time.

Olivia stopped and bent down. She opened her mouth and said, "Where were you Steve!" Her face was red like a tomato. My face still had stains of blood. Jake noticed them and said, "What happened to your face? Is that blood?" His eyes widened. "Yeah, I don't know..." I was going to tell them what had happened but Zac busted in. "Wait, the same happened with me yesterday!" My eyes got wider.

The Aliens brought me somewhere else. In another place. But it still had no sky. I didn't know whether it was day or night. They tied me to a chair this time. But the chair was made of chains too. I took a deep breath. I moved a little bit when one of the aliens pointed at me and I was unable to move. I opened my mouth in horror. The alien turned away and started speaking in their language. I couldn't understand anything except for 'gabrians'. Now what was Gabrians? I thought for a second. Gabrians. It looked like 'gabrians' were the people living here. Weird.

I didn't know when I slept. But as I opened my eyes, I saw those aliens staring hard at me and standing around me with their extra large eyes. I shook my head. And took a deep breath. They parted after some time. And as they did, I saw a big sauce pan in front of me. It carried normal human beings like me. First, I thanked God I wasn't the only one here. Then, when I saw them boiling in red water, I got scared.

I was getting sleepy but more worried about Kaylee and Steve. I stood up and made my way towards my room when the door bell rang. I heard noises.

"Chloe? You here?"

"Chloe, hurry up! Open the door!"

Without wasting a second, I opened the door and was hapoy to see Steve and others followed by him. But still, there was no Kaylee. "Come on Chloe. We have to tell you something." Steve whispered. They took me to Kaylee's room.

"What happened?" I asked.

"Listen. We all are going to find your sister. You know how, right?" Steve put his hand on my shoulder.

"You'll go to the place where Kay went?" I was surprised.

"We'll step on the same place where Kaylee did." Zac clarified.

"All of you? What about me?" I got confused.

"We'll give you a device through which we can contact. I took help from my dad to make this. All you have to do is connect it to your laptop and type the key I'll tell. You'll be able to hear us anytime and we'll be in contact." Jake, son of the famous scientist, explained.

"Who'll stay with me?" I picked up a point.

"We asked Gia to stay with you. She'll do well." Steve told.

"Okay, but be careful.." I gave them hope.

We came to the backyard and to the place from where Kaylee vanished.

"Who'll ste first?" Olivia asked as Zac pushed her in and she disappeared.

We all followed her so we would be together.
