Chapter 15

I put that song up there because I was re-watching Glee earlier today and The Quarterback came on. I've always cried at that episode, and this is my favourite song from the episode as well as If I Die Young.

Aria's POV

Once Melissa and I were finished with our drinks we started walking to the Team 10 house. When we got there everyone was running around and I saw Emilio walk past us.

Aria:Hey, Emilio, what's goin on?
Emilio:Oh we're gonna play Twister, you guys wanna join?
Melissa:Sure, I guess
Aria:Yeah, but first I need to introduce Melissa to everyone. Emilio this is Melissa.

They shook hands.

Emilio:It's nice to finally meet you
Melissa:Huh?
Emilio:Aria has been talking about you since yesterday
Melissa:Oh
Aria:Well let's go meet everyone else

I then took Melissa to meet everyone else.

Once everyone knew who Melissa was I went upstairs to get changed as we were going to be playing Twister.

Meanwhile downstairs

Melissa:Guys, it's Aria's birthday tomorrow
Jake:Really?
Melissa:Yeah!
Ivan:Well she never told us
Melissa:That's because she doesn't like to celebrate it and she doesn't want you guys to worry about it
Emilio:Why not?
Melissa:Because something bad always happens on her birthday
Kade:Like what?
Melissa:One year she fell into her birthday cake, then the year after she ended up in hospital because she fell down the stairs
Chad:Seems like she always falls on her birthday
Melissa:Yeah, but don't tell her I told you guys
Everyone:We won't
Melissa:Good, because then she would kill me

I then came down the stairs and got ready to play the game.

First game, Emilio, Tessa, Chance and I were against each other. Chance was out first, then Tessa. Emilio and I were the last ones, our positions were really weird, I was on top of him. I looked over at Jake, who was spinning the board, that's probably why we are in this position.

Aria:Can you hurry up? I'm gonna fall
Jake:Alright

He then spun the board

Jake:Aria, left hand on red

I moved my left hand but it was no use, I fell on top of Emilio. Our faces were extremely close together, we smiled into each others eyes.

Emilio:I won
Aria:Oh shut up

Someone then coughed causing us to get up. I looked over at the person who coughed. It was Melissa. The next people up were Ivan, Erika, Anthony and Melissa.

Ivan lost that game and Anthony won.

The game was still going on but I decided to go inside and sit on the couch. While on the couch, I looked over to outside and saw Melissa and Emilio being really close and a bubbling feeling started to happen inside me. Can't blame him tho, she's so beautiful and I'm just me. She looks just like one of my favourite celebrities and she could be a model but I'm just me, boring old me.

In my head I was singing like on Glee, I was singing Gives You Hell, Emilio and Melissa were sat in the kitchen talking and laughing, and I was singing around them. (<<this was all in her head)

But in reality I was sat on the couch rolling my eyes, while thinking about my birthday. I was thinking about whether I should tell everyone it was birthday or just keep it a secret. It's not as if anyone would care.

Everyone was still outside so I went on my phone and checked my social media.
