A/N:
I mean you guys wanted a chapter with Edd's POV so here it is! Also! I am getting back into the swing of updating more frequently!!! Sooooo look forward to a new chapter explaining everything soon! This is only the beginning 😈

Edd looks down at his phone to see it going off once again but he was in the middle of a busy airport so now wasn't the time. Kevin just had to hold on for a few more hours and Edd would be there to surprise him. The Raven smiled to himself imagining how his fiancé will react and call out 'babe!'. Soon enough his plane would be taking him home....a place he knew his lover was.

Once his plane landed the dork took a deep breath in seeing the familiar sights of his hometown. He finally made it and thanks to some old friends he knew Kevin would be around also. This was the plan: to surprise Kevin at his former job. He knew his fiancé would be there and Edd knew a dance was in his own future which made him excited as well. Finally...home. Finally...he had time for Kevin, his Kevin. But first, he had to visit his parent's house.

He opens the door with the key his mother gave him to see an empty house once again. "I guess mother wen-" his train of thought is interrupted by his mother walking into the living room. "What are you doing home? I thought you were going to be spending the school break studying for next semester!" She huffed crossing her arms with a disapproving look on her face. "Mother I-"
"You nothing, go along back to school then." She said shooing him away before he could even explain himself....or remind her of what today was.

Well today was off to a rocky start but he expected no less from his mother, if he's being honest with himself. At least Edd knew he could stay with his lover once they reunite. Speaking of which...he should get going. He went off to D*C*P*C greeted happily by Jenn who knew about the surprise. "It's so great to see you!" She said squeezing the small raven. He giggles giving her a nice squeeze back. "Do you think he has any idea?" He asks, earning a giggle in response from the club owner. "Not a chance, love." She says with a reassuring smile.

Edd sat backstage since he knew Kevin would actually be working today, mostly to have fun though. Kevin really did love this club. The Raven sat there twiddling his thumbs a little before hearing an uproar from the crowd. That's when he knew it, his fiancé was in the building. Edd jumps up running to the curtain to see what Kevin was up to and to his surprise someone was in a chair in front of him. He thought nothing of it, just part of his job. Edd watched as Versace on the floor by Bruno Mars came on.

There was a woman in the chair, a pretty one too. Edd wasn't worried however, he knew Kevin was only doing what he was getting paid for. It wasn't until he saw the pair's lips connect...he then knew he saw something he shouldn't have. He then knew where he stood. Happy birthday, Edd.
