She wanted to be alone, not lonely.
They surrounded her
With their physical presence.
But never knew
That even with the known people
She was anxious,
Just the same as she is with a stranger. She built her walls up high,
Protecting herself from the fake and hypocrite world,
But never knew
The one's she had let in
Were the same.Days and month went by
Thinking she might get used to all this,
But she couldn't.
And she slowly got tired,
Of everything around.
Seeing the same faces again
Seeing the same laughter again
She felt secluded.
Around so many people, yet so lonely
She tried, but she couldn't.So she finally found out
That she has to belong to herself,
She has to dedicate her mind to her own self
And she did.
And she found out
That she was a universe in herself.~sg & sr
