That moment when the person sleeping next to you starts snoring the second they lay down. While you go from comfortable position to uncomfortable position to back to comfortable position and back and forth, but just can't fall asleep.
The sound of the clock ticking is louder than usual, reminding you every second that "time is running out, sleep fast or else you'll be drowsy tomorrow".
You try every possible way just to fall asleep. From counting backwards to watching some boring TV show or movie hoping you might get tired enough to fall asleep. But, just like that, time pass by and midnight turns to dawn. And the next thing you know your alarm is blaring out loud.
