It was a very mysterious and haunting trance that Gray found himself in as the woman reached up and touched his face. She had him in her curse like grasp, a bit of poison shimmering at her finger tips. He felt his heart want her, need her.

Her long brown hair lay over her gold covered chest like a safety barrier. Her hourglass body stood in a seductive state as she leaned her head closer to his. His heart beat fast as she caressed his neck and smiled. He felt a slight urge to run, but shook it away subconsciously. She was the most ravishing woman he had ever seen.

Like he had known her all of his life he dropped his guards as he looked into her evocative blue eyes. They shined back at him as her smile formed in to a bit lip. He wanted so badly to kiss her purple tinged lips. They were calling to his body but his heart screamed no. However, without a chance to connect his senses, her lips landed on his.

You're the most beautiful man I have ever met.

The words echoed off of his mind as he found himself giving in to the woman's chilling, magnetic force.

Then, he pushed her away.

"No!" he yelled affirmatively.

The woman looked back at him as her eyebrows furrowed in disappointment. She gulped sadly as she turned to her left side and held back a tear.

"You don't like it," she sobbed.

"What, no," Gray found himself comforting. "You are, fascinating."

The woman whipped her head around to look back at him. This time her face wrinkled in anger. Gray for a second found himself captivated in her beauty once more , before the allure evolved into fear.

Quickly her eyes glossed over and became black. She showed off a fanged grimace as she hissed at him bitterly. What once was so charming became horrific in a matter of seconds. Her perfect skin became plagued with a shiny black film, making her more of a leech than a human.

Before he could react, he found himself becoming very tired.

"You poisoned me," Gray announced as he crashed in to the cave wall. His heart beating faster and faster. The thought of death overcame him.

"Only a little while longer," the woman screeched back.

The with no seconds left he found himself slide down the cave wall. His eyes shut without permission as he rested his head against the stone hard surface. A drop of water hit his face, a small pest before the beast that was soon to encage him.

He felt his lungs fill up with water, the feeling of a thousand pounds pressing down on his chest. He opened his eyes and could see the oceans surface in front of his face. Kelp swayed in the water as if dancing to music. The much calming painting before his eyes meant nothing as he struggled to live a few moments longer.

He looked up to the surface of the water which seemed miles away. Yet, with the minutes he had, he went for it. With all the strength he had is his legs, he pushed towards the oceans ceiling. His chest becoming more and more pressured as he swam. Then, like an angel, he noticed a dolphin swim by him. Without hesitation he latched on to its dorsal fin and let it carry him to the surface.

As his head reached the air, his hand let go of the creature, letting it go on its own way. However, the struggle wasn't quite over yet. He still had lungs full of water. His eyes started to roll backwards as he grabbed on to his own chest. He thought of his mother, it had been just moment that she did the same, yet years she had been alive. His last thought would be of her, the woman who did so much to raise him.

"Not today," he heard a mans voice yell from somewhere around him.

Grays eyes fell back as he felt hands tug at under his arms.

It's too late , the sirens they exist and they are ready to prove our tales of sailor woes correct. They will trick our minds and feed off our flesh. They will seduce our hearts then use them as sustenance. We are gone men, we are dead. Say goodbye to your families in thought and send one last letter by bottle. We are stranded here, which makes us the perfect catch for these fishers of men.

Trying one last time to open his mouth, he felt something tug at his leg teasingly before letting him be lifted out of the water.

It wasn't over, if anything it had just begun. He listened closely as the songs began to chime off the waters. Then slowly he passed out.

A/N- Very short chapter I know. I may do a few short chapters in this where as it is a unique style short story and I plan to add to it every couple of nights if possible.
