Shockingly enough, the battle that had just occurred was nothing compared to what's to come, and we all thought that was bad.

After finally killing all the fae and vampire experiments, we were left very damaged. Caleb had his head and arms torn off and was currently in the process of reattaching them with Jane's help. Felix was almost done reattaching his hand while helping Alucard apply pressure to a deep gash on his upper thigh. Fred and George were alright for the most part, they had a couple bite marks if anything which was surprising because they took on a good amount of the experiments head on. Lorne seemed be ignoring the claw marks on his legs and was able to limp perfectly normal. And as for me...

I was current holding my arm to try to reattach it while Brynn held my head to my neck. She joined us mid battle once she was all healed. I didn't get my head ripped off, but it was very close.

"Thanks." I mumbled to her.

"You can thank me when we get out of here." She laughed lightly. "Damn, I really thought your head was going off."

"How do you think I felt?" She rolled her eyes.

"Guys we've got to go!" Andi shouted as she ran towards our recovering group with Demetri.

    "Where's Pauley?!" Lorne asked.

"Did you miss me that much Lorne?" Pauley's voice said weakly as he weakly ran around the corner and soon reached us. "Michael will probably have an antidote for a werewolf bite up there right?"

"You've got to be kidding me..."

"Relax Lorne, I'm fine for now."

"Are you positive?" I asked, remembering how I was on the brink of death once I got bitten that night of the werewolf attack on the castle. He gave me a short nod.

"How much time do we have?" I groaned as the last of the cracks on my neck began to heal. I let go of my arm, rotating my shoulder a couple of times.

   "Maybe a minute."

"Alec you have to go..." Alucard chocked out.

"He's right Alec, you have to. There's no way that all of us can." Caleb murmured.

I looked over at the open elevator and ran to it. Lorne quickly followed with Andi, Demetri, and Brynn on his trail. Alucard ripped a part of his shirt and wrapped it tightly around his wound to stop the bleeding.

"Are you sure you're well enough to go?" Felix asked him.

"Of course, I'll heal soon. Besides, Michael has my granddaughter. I'm not going to sit waiting around to heal while that man is hurting her and those kids."

Felix shook his head and wrapped Alucard's arm around his shoulders to help him. He was limping almost as bad as Lorne. The twins were hesitant but soon stepped in as well. I still didn't feel comfortable leaving the two of them alone while there very well could be more expirments on the way to finish them off.

"If you can, signal the others outside to let them know we aren't dead." I ordered reluctantly.

"Alec we'll be fine." Jane reassured me.

"As soon as we can, we'll find another way to get up to that floor to help." Caleb added.

The elevator doors slammed shut and we were soon off into a battle we couldn't possibly win. Lorne gasped and backed into the wall. His eyes glassed over and it was soon evident that he was having a vision.
