It was the afternoon and Peridot had returned from Stevens house. Lapis had been a bit hostile toward her and asked she leave for a while, but now that peridot was back she couldn't wait to show lapis all the cool pictures she took with her tablet.
"LAPIS!" The small green yelled out of for her friend but no reply was given, maybe she went flying peridot thought. As peridot walked further into the barn she could hear crying getting louder. "What was that strange noise?" She said, she has decided to follow the crying noise to the barns second floor and to surprised there was a blanket.
She stepped closer to it and uncovered whatever was under it, to her surprise it was a tiny butt ass naked gemling, it looked to be a few days old. Peridot slowly picked the small infant up, "I must show the gems this" the gemling continued to weep and sob.
