You were sitting in your bed, reading another play by Shakespeare. He was your favorite author and you would love to meet him, but you are in the 21st century, how would that be possible? You continue to read his plays, and eventually pick up Hamlet. As you open the first page, your vision begins to blur and you feel you're being pulled toward the book. You close your eyes and pass out as the suction takes you to wherever it lead to.

You open your eyes and see lots of Tudor houses. You looked around you and saw a bunch of people surrounding you. You stand up and everyone freaks out. You see some people pointing at you, so you look down and see that you are still in your modern clothing. Looking around, everyone is wearing Renaissance clothing. You walk away from all of the people, trying to avoid attention. Eventually, you began to run and found yourself in what looked like a park. You walked around for a while until you heard lots of cheering. As you were walking towards the noise, you eventually saw someone standing on top of a small stage. He had a leather jacket on, leather pants, and his top buttons of his shirt were undone. You walked towards the crown and watched as everyone listened to the words. You listened to what he was saying and realized that he was reading Romeo and Juliet. This confused you, but then you heard someone shout 'we love you Will!' you realized that the person on stage was THE William Shakespeare. Everyone cheered as he finished the excerpt from his play. Then he began to speak.

"What did you think, can you feel it?"

Everyone shouted signifying a yes

"Oh I can feel it too!"

He then looked around the audience and pointed to you. Everyone looked at you with strange looks because you were in you're 21st century clothing.

"In fact, I'd like to feel you a little bit later."

He winked at you and everyone began cheering. You blushed and saw him say something to one of his guards. He began to recite more scenes from various plays that he wrote and making up some 'new' lines, but you already knew that they came from Hamlet. As you were listening to his words, his guard came up to you and asked him to follow him. You followed him and you eventually ended up underneath the stage. It was a small room with a table, some chairs, and Some food set on the table. The guard told you to sir down and you did. You took a piece of bread from the table and munched on it. Being in a different time period made you hungry. You heard cheering from above you and then some footsteps. You turned to the door and saw Shakespeare himself walk through and sit right across from you. He looks at you, not in a flirty way like you thought he would, but in a curious way.

"You intrigue me, you know that?"

"I can tell, I seem to intrigue everyone else as well. It's the clothing."

"Yes. What's your name?"

"I'm (Y/N). You're William Shakespeare. I'm a huge fan."

"(Y/N), what a pretty name. You can call me Will, no need for formalities. Where are you from?"

"Well, this is going to sound stuoid, but I actually just travelled through time while reading one of your plays, and I ended up here. My home town is (hometown), but that probably won't help you."

"Well, that's something you don't hear every day. Time traveling, it's strange, but I actually believe you."

"Well that's good to hear. So you're a fan?"

"Yes! I love all of your plays, my favorite is Midsummer Night's Dream. That one is really a work of art."

"What? I haven't written that."

"Not yet, you'll write it in a few years. It's definitely my favorite, then Hamlet after that. And Romeo and Juliet. All of them are so great!"

"Well thank you!"
