(Cynder's point of view)
The Dread Yacht landed back in the academy's garden (well, what was left of it) and came to a screeching halt, causing the group to fly forward, and Spyro to lose his grip on the air source. Luckily, Flameslinger was able to catch it in time. "Flynn!" Yelled Cynder, "we don't know if the air source is fragile or not! Could you be more careful!?" "Look, I'm just flying the ship, it's your job to watch that air-whatsa-mebob," Said Flynn in defense.

The group carefully jumped off the ship, and made their way to the crater where the core once stood, Hugo was waiting for them. "Well done!" Said Hugo, "now we can start to rebuild the core, just take source to the crater."

As Spyro and Flameslinger approached the crater, the air source began to glow a bright blue, and soon, a brief flash of light and wind blinded everyone for a moment. Then all of a sudden, the air source stopped glowing. Everyone's jaws dropped as the spirit of Eon appeared above the crater. For the first time, Flynn didn't know what to say. "Eon?" Hugo asked, his eyes began to swell with tears of happiness, "Your alive!" "Not exactly, Hugo," replied Eon, "I'm now a spirit, but now that one of the elements is being restored to the core, I was able to come back to the physical plane. He then turned to the four awe-stricken cadets. "Well done students, there is strong magic in this place, and by it's power, the eternal sources know how to combine with the machinery of this island and recreate the ancient core."

The air source levitated out of Flameslinger's hands and hovered over the crater. The egg shaped bubble then burst, causing a small tornado to swirl in the center, clearing the burnt Earth and revealing a stone circle with a small canal dug around it. Two of the rubble piles nearby then walked over to the canal and leaned upwards, like two eggs with legs and mouths. Flynn was still speechless.

The group was still awe-stricken, but finally Cynder said, "what source do we need to find next?" "I need to decipher the blue prints some more," replied Hugo "I get started right away!" As Hugo left to go read the blue prints The four teens turne...

As Hugo left to go read the blue prints The four teens turned to Eon. "I'm very proud of the four of you", said Eon, "I knew I could trust you all, but your journey is not over." "What ever happens, we can handle it!" Said Spyro.

Deep within the storm of corruption, Kaos began to build up a head of steam before finally screaming his head off, much to the dismay of his Butler Glumshanks. "They found the eternal air source!?!?!" Kaos could not contain his rage. "Calm down Lord Kaos," glumshanks tried to assure him, "the air source was too dangerous for us to go after anyway, besides it's only kids, I'm sure we can dispose of them easily." Kaos thought for a minute, then a wide ugly grin came across his face as he went into a miniacal laugh. After his laghter, he turned to his loyal assistant. "You're right, what is the status of my oil drilling operation?" "We've struck a huge oil well sir, we've got ten times the amount we usually use." "Excellent!" The evil portal master chuckled. "Send over more trolls to collect our supply, and make sure the gillmen who live there are still suffering." "Yes sir," replied glumshanks as he went down the hall and pressed the button to activate the intercom.
