The whole of the weekend Eli, Billy and I sat n the hotel and ate so much food and had a movie marathon weekend. Eli and Billy mingled so much their like really good friends now, anyway Eli can hang out with one more guy because Billy is in the same year at school as Eli.
It was Monday morning and as we were all eating breakfast Eli mentioned to us “Your parents won’t be back at my house anymore. My dad sent me a text that you guys can come and stay at my house, because your parents are now being questioned and charged for assault because I sent my dad the video message we had together and he handed it into the police.”
Me and Billy’s eyes glowed with joy, I ran up to Eli and gave him a kiss but it dragged on for a couple of minutes and my brother was getting grossed out. Billy coughed in awkwardness and so we stopped kissing and I gave Billy a hug. Eli’s parents came to the room and got our bags and took them to their car and drove back to Eli’s house. As we checked out of the hotel I noticed on the front page of the newspaper it said ‘Crazy Parents finally under arrest for assault’ I smiled at it knowing my parents are finally being paid back for what they have done to me and Billy.
Eli drove us to school and as Billy was about to run to the soccer field I whispered into his ear “Don’t tell anyone what happened and don’t answer questions about what happened, just change the topic…Ok” Billy nodded and gave me a hug and sprinted to the soccer field.
Eli held my hand and the only other people who knew about what happened was Imogen and Adam and they promised they won’t tell anyone else. As Eli escorted me to my locker I hear a squeal coming from the end of the hallway it was Imogen running to my and Adam tagging behind trying to look cool. Imogen gave me the biggest hug ever and Adam gave me one as well I then said to my little crowd “This event never happened, their being punished so good riddens parents, I’m free!”
We all laughed and smiled, we started to walk to the lobby area when Billy joined us. Us five sat down and at this moment I had never been any happier because I knew I was safe and right where I want to be in life, with my friends and having the time of my life.
