Those people who laugh at nearly anything, and laugh their asses off! They just really don't give a fuck! Though i've seen people who get annoyed from other people who laugh alot, but just leave everybody alone?  

                          
I mean, they have so much fun when laughing while you're over here getting annoyed from the HAHAs they're rocking, so just leave it alone!
