Fall in Place

                               Xavier's pov:

I woke up, to my alarm buzzing off more than once I believe.

I hopped out of bed, stretched for about five minutes then went into the bathroom.

After I was done with my hair, I brushed my teeth and obviously went on my phone for a while.

I threw on the outfit i wore to last weeks family gathering, washed blue boyfriend jeans and an oversized white t-shirt.

I went downstairs only to be welcomed by a scent of chocolate syrup coated pancakes with a freshly squeezed cup of orange juice.

I made my way to the kitchen, "morning mom" i said to the women doing the dishes.

"morning sweetheart, hey i made you your favorite breakfast, might as well not let it go to waste" she replied kindly.

I somehow sensed her smile throughout her reply, I
felt happy about that but shook that off a few moments later as I remembered i need to finish breakfast in a hurry, so i could not arrive to school late.

After a good ten minutes, i had my juice chugged down, my pancakes scraped off the plate only to be placed in my stomach.

"bye mom I'm heading off to school" i shouted loud enough for my mom to hear.

"Bye love, have a great day today okay!" She replied enthusiastically.

On the way to school i saw my good friend, Blake Gray, so I decided to continue the walk with him.

"Aye blake" i said as we did our secret handshake.

"Hey bro" he replied in a cool manner.

"So i heard there's gonna be a new student at school" he added.

"Really? Sounds cool" I replied uninterested.

"Yea, listen xavier, let's make a deal" he replied smirking.

"Sure dude" I replied interested.

"Okay so if it's a guy, you have to make him do your homework for the rest of the year, and if it's a girl, you have to get with her and make her your girlfriend." He said nodding his head.

"Thanks but no thanks, I don't do the whole 'new student' thing" I replied laughing

"Aww xav still hung up on little ol' adeline " he said teasingly

"Whatever" i answered laughing it off

I really hope it's her.. i highly doubt it, though.
