I find it hard to sleep without you here next to me.
To cure my insomnia your presence is key.
I toss and I turn but I just cannot sleep.
I want to stay up,talk and make memories to keep
Me company on the dark nights,
I don't have you here safe in my sight.
I want to curl up into your chest
And finally shut my eyes to some rest.
We create our own world in which i can sleep.
My limps wrapped around you to create a heap;
A heap which is formed of my whole universe.
I long to wake up and hear you mutter and curse
Before smiling and turning over, content that you're there.
Nights we get together are all too rare.
I honestly need you here tonight.
I want you to love me and hold me tight.
Promise never to let go and that everything will be alright.
