It's like there's something inside
That's not quite me
but still more me than me.
It's all the things I hate
and it's under my skin,
Burning in my blood like poison
And it won't go away.
It gets bigger by the day
Picking up on the little things
And turning them into ammo.
It's engulfed me like a tidal wave
And I'm drowning.
