"sometimes it lasts in love, but sometimes it hurts instead" - adele

Emilia woke to soft kisses against her bare shoulder as she opened her eyes she was greeted by the sight of Daniel's vibrant blue eyes, electric in the morning light.

Daniel leaned forward to press another kiss against her forehead before pulling her into his chest, wrapping his arms around her.

"Are you feeling okay?" He asked and Emilia only nodded her head, not fully awake enough to want to speak but Daniel had been awake a good ten minutes before her, admiring the girl he loved sleep peacefully in his arms.

He had taken that time to observe the love bites he left all over her body in the shape of his lips, the blue and purple spots decorating her skin beautifully.

Emilia wrapped her leg around his waist, rolling them over so she straddled him, there was only a dull pain between her legs but looking down she almost groaned out loud.

"I look like a cheetah with all these spots." She exclaimed laughing as she traced the ones on her chest.

Daniel chuckled gripping her thighs and tracing small patterns with his thumbs.

"Just a reminder that you're mine and all mine."

"To who!?"

"Everyone that even glances at you, you know I should've left a hickey in the shape of a 'D', just in case they don't get the hint." Daniel said tapping his chin. Emilia rolled her eyes, moving to get off the bed but only for Daniel to pull her back.

"Wait don't go yet, let's stay here a little longer."

Emilia smiled softly at him tilting her head, "And do what?"

"I'm really not in the mood for yet another drive, staying here was so comfy," Zach complains as he climbs in the back, Corbyn already in the driver's seat putting on his sunglasses.

"This drive won't even be that long, Georgia is literally right there," Corbyn responds as he watches everyone climb into the van, trying to keep his eyes on anything else but Charli who sat beside him, dressed in one of Corbyn's old t-shirts and jean shorts.

She knew how much he loved her in his clothes and the more he looked at her, the hotter the morning seemed to get.

He wasn't sure where their relationship stood. They didn't officially break up but they had barely spoken and Chanel was constantly blowing up his phone at all times of the day. While one girl was chasing him, he was chasing another.

As he began driving on the interstate to Georgia, he wanted to reach over and grab Charli's hand which sat between the two of them. He wanted to kiss each knuckle just to see the soft smile appear on her face as she watched him. But instead, he gripped the steering wheel with both hands, blue eyes on the road ahead, his mind on the girl he was letting slip away.

The drive to Georgia had settled into a comfortable silence, each of them in their own worlds as the landscape of Florida drifted away and they were greeted by the vivid green trees of Georgia's countryside. The radio was the only chatter to be heard, every single couple so close to each other yet very far apart in their thoughts.

Jessie was basically curled up on Jack's lap, her face in the crook of his neck as he rocked her gently, even when she protested that he doesn't have to hold her like she's a baby, that she could handle the cramps fine, he insisted. Not only because he knew holding her would help but because he didn't know when the secret banging on his frontal lobe would slip out and ruin their relationship.
