"Victoria, what happened? What the fuck was that??" Baby shook Victoria by her shoulders and she shoved Baby back.
"Don't touch me."
"Explain to me why you had to hit him! Did he hurt you?"
"I don't have to explain shit." She walked away, but felt someone stop her. Gabriel looked at her with soft eyes and she hugged him tightly. Feeling protection and warmth from his embrace made her finally collaspe into his arms.
Bunker-
"Hemlock, you need to reverse this now," Cass gripped Hemlock's arm and dragged him up.
"Woah- woah woah, no you don't. He's been through enough, Castiel. Put him down." Sam stood up to his full height and pulled the boy towards him. He held Hemlock to his chest as the boy just sighed.
"Sam, they are both very powerful beings who are also very vulnerable."
"I don't care at this point, Cass. They are more than just some pawns in a game and you won't understand that until your life has been designated every step by other people."
Hemlock turned to look at Cass. "It's not like I can reverse it. Selling your soul isn't much of a reversible thing that you can do. Contract is a contract."
"Excuse me?" Dean made a face, "You did what? You're only a boy! What type of stupid fucking idea is that? You sold your soul to make your fucking best friend hate you!?"
Hemlock teared up. "I did it to protect her! Just like you would do the same for each other! I did because I'm selfish and rather her be safe without me!" Hot tears fell down his cheeks. "I have to go, Crowley is expecting me back in a few hours."
"You are not going anywhere, Hemlock." Cass blocked the door and Sam gripped tightly onto the boy.
Hemlock shrugged and snapped his fingers, then he was gone.
Ten years later-
Victoria cradled a small bundle of joy in her arms. She cooed and gave the baby a kiss on the forehead. "Oh, Gabriel, look at him. He was meant to be ours." She gave her husband big eyes that translated to, 'Pleeeaaassee.'
Gabriel laughed, "Babe, you say that 'bout every dog we come across in a pet store. We already have four dogs. Sam is trying to bring more dogs to our house as well!"
"Fine, fine. The last one, okay?"
Gabriel kissed his wife on the forehead and nodded. They went home to introduce the new pup to the other dogs. They lived together in their own home and went to bed at peace, not a worry except for walking the dogs and not leaving the stove on and the bundle in the oven that neither knew of yet.
The end.
