December 9. Saturday. 2:30
We all decided to visit Madison. We told her about the 7th member of this group of ours. She wasn't really surprised.
"I kinda figured that." She said softly.
"What do you mean?" I asked. We stared at each other before she said something that made everyone think deeply about.
"Think about the reasons she's all picking on you. We all did something and now she's wants pay back. Think." We all did. Several minutes, we were coming to reality about what we've done, expect one person. Jessica.
"Look, anything I did to that girl, she deserved it okay?" Arrogant. That's another word that described this girl. I shook my head in disbelief. I guess she noticed because she didn't hesitate in running her smart ass mouth.
"Oh you should be the last one to talk. She was your best friend, wasn't she?" Jessica knew exactly what to say to make me wanna punch her. And oh boy did she deserve it. She stared at me.. oh so she wanted a challenge?
"You made her life hell Jessica." I spat back out.
"You watched me do it." We stared at each other. "You sat there and watched and did nothing but mumble little things under your breathe." She said that last part just to annoy me. Everyone's eyes were on me. It was true, that's all I did.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Jordan's POV
I watched April and Jessica go back and forth.
"You sat there and watched and did nothing but mumble little things under your breathe." I seen a change in April's face. It was true. She did that all the time. Jessica flipped her hair and sat in a empty seat in Madison's hospital room. It was quiet, when Isaac jumped from his seat.
"I have an idea.." we all looked at him, he continued. "Let's talk about what we did to Sam. We shouldn't be fighting about who did the most pain to her. Maybe talking about it.. will make us have a better understanding." We stared at him, it wasn't a bad idea.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
As Isaac brought up his, actually smart idea, I gazed around the room. I was interested to find out Isaac's, Madison's and Jordan's story. Especially Jordan's.. I never would think he was a bully.
"So who's first?" Isaac says while slapping his hand together.
"How about you April?" Jessica says with a fake smile plastered on her face.
"How about you fuck off." I snapped right back.
"Alright! that's enough from you too. Damn you guys are getting annoying." Matthew finally says. Holding his head. Jessica looks like she about to cry when he raises his voice at us, I roll my eyes.
"I'll go first." Madison says, while sitting up. This should be interesting.

Madison's POV
"So I guess it would have to be in our sophomore year.. I was a new student to the school." That's it, I'm gonna tell them the terrible thing I did. Here goes nothing.
Flashback:
I was walking through the hallways trying to find my class. But I couldn't really focus, this stupid uniform was getting on my nerves. The tie made me feel old, I hated it already. As I was walking down at my schedule, I bumped into someone really hard, which resulted in the someone dropping their books. When I was about to say sorry and pick up their things I saw a pretty pale girl with short soft curly black and strands of red hair (definitely she dyed her hair), kneeling down quickly picking up her things, saying sorry. What the hell is she saying sorry for. I kneel down too and help her, she's was kind of surprised my actions.
"No no, it's fine." She says quietly. I looked up at her, tilting my head a little, she's really cute. And I was always the type to say what I was on my mind soooo...
"You're really cute." I say normally, her reaction was a little funny. Her eyes widen. I laughed a little, still picking up her books.
When I picked everything up I stood up and she followed.
"My grandmother would kill me if she knew I dropped someone's else stuff and made them pick it." I smiled and handed her books to her. She looked down at her things taking them from me and gave me a small.
"Are you new? It's January, I don't remember meeting when in September." She titled her head a little.
"Uh, yeah. Weird time to transfer huh?" I chuckled a little. The bell rang interrupting our small conversation. I waved, slowly walking away and looked back at my schedule.
"Do you need help?" She said inching closer to me.
"Uh yeah.. I do actually." She smiled once again and pulled my schedule from my hands. After I see her eyes looking over my schedule a smile came across her face. She looked up and grabbed my hands.
"We have the same schedule." Her lights lit up. And ever since then we hung out.
She eventually told me she was picked on. It annoyed me because she said they picked on her for just being her. She was nice and sweet. Maybe sometimes she was loud and complained a little too much, but she was still a nice person. She was able to smile even after the things they did to her. But it was once, when I completely snapped and yelled at her. It was the first week of March, it was after school and I decided to walk with her home even though I had my bike.
"Yeah.. they dumped my book bag. They took out all my stuff and threw in it on the floor." She said quietly playing with her fingers.
"And what did you do?" I asked raising a eyebrow. I already knew the answer though. She did nothing.
"Why do you let them do that to you? You won't let me handle them, so what are you planning on doing? You need to stand up to them already." I was annoyed and I wasn't hiding it either.
"I tried standing up to them and looked what happened! You say stand up, but they keep knocking me down." She was in front in me now. Tears running down her face. Her face was getting all red.
"You're saying this is my fault?" My grip tightens on my bike handles.
"You know what.. fine, deal with this on your own, since it's my fault you get picked on." I hopped on my bike and peddled off. Leaving her there.
The next day, we saw each other but didn't speak. It was like this for a whole week until, one day I was in class and I over heard some boys talking about pulling a joke on a girl. My ears listened closely when I heard them say Sam, was the girl they'll pull the prank on, I felt really bad. When after school, I looked for Sam, I needed to find her and tell her not to go. But when I was looking for her I heard kids yelling. My feet pushed me forward, I followed the sound and saw some cheerleaders punching and kicking at Sam. No.. I was too late. Suddenly a blonde haired girl, kneeled down to her.
"Now be a good dog and stay." She looked at Sam then got up and leaving her there. Everyone walked away as well. I watched Sam for a second, to see if she would get up but she didn't. I took a deep breathe and walked over to her. She was laying there, her lip was swallow and her clothes were covered in dirt and kicks marks.
"So you just gonna stay there or what?" I said softly. She looked at me, her eyes were dark.
"Leave.. leave me alone." She said it with so much hate in her voice, as if I just beaten her up. It got me mad. I got up, with tears forming in my eyes. What the hell was her problem. I got up and started walking away.
"You're on your own from now on." I said slightly turning towards her. Then I continued walking. Leaving her... again.
End of flashback
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We all stared at Madison. That's all we could do.
"I later found out the blonde haired girl, was you Jessica." She faced her. "And the boy who planned the prank, was you Matthew." Her eyes moved to him, they look embarrassed.
"Well who's next?" Madison says while clearing her throat. She pushed her hair to the left side of her head and ran her fingers through it. I was processing every word. I wasn't the only one there that day. Madison was too.
"I guess I'll go next." Isaac sat up in his seat. "Trust me, it's kind of embarrassing though." He cleared his throat and told his story.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Isaac's POV
"Trust me, its kind of embarrassing though." I was nervous, but I didn't no why. Maybe because my story was kind of embarrassing.
Flashback: I was walking to my next class, she walked past me. She looked tired. I heard about what happened to her the other day. Matthew ended up playing a little joke on her, which resulted in Sam getting beat up by some cheerleaders that were Jessica's little minions. And I say 'some' because there were some cheerleaders on the team that were nice and were the opposite of Jessica and her little posse. We were walking towards each other and I was staring at her, but she as looking down. That's when she looked up and our eyes met. I waved at her, but she gave me a smile small and quickly continued walking. I lost her in the busy hallways. Maybe I'll see her later..
But I didn't, for the rest of the day I looked out to see her. It wasn't until after school, I saw her walking out of the parking lot. I excused myself from my friends, which were some boys from the team and Matthew.
"Dude where are you going?" Matthew yelled after me.
"Give me a second, I'll be back." His eyes followed me until he saw where I have gone. She was pulling her hoodie on when I approached her.
"Hey." I said winking at her. She looked up, she smiled but it quickly faded. She was looking behind me, staring at the group of boys I just walked away from. They were laughing and pointing in our direction. She looked a red and annoyed. I stepped in front of her, blocking her view of them.
"Are you only gonna give me small smiles or may I gonna have a conversation with you?" I said it kind of flirtatiously. It was just who I am.
"What do you want?" Her words hurt me.. she said it sharply. "Did Matthew send you over here to bother me?" She was staring right at me, with hurt in her eyes.
"No, no.. I just wanted to talk to you- I actually wanted to tell you-"
"Tell me what!" She raised her voice, which made my group friend that were watching laugh even harder. Embarrassing. I thought.
"I wanted to ask you why are you always looking so sad? Maybe I can help you smile more." I meant every word I said. I liked I had a crush on her. No.. I knew I had a crush on her. I don't know why, but she seemed cute to me. And when she used to hang out with April she always seemed happy. Always smiling. Well that was in 9th grade.. now she looked tired and annoyed all the time. I haven't seen those two together for a awhile now.
"Get away from me. You're bad at lying." She pulled a piece of her hair behind her ear that escaped from under her hoodie, she put in her head a few minutes ago. "I'm not falling for Matthew's stupid jokes.. not anymore. I don't like you. I'll never like you, got it?" I was pretty embarrassed. She hated me, it seemed like it. But she barely even knew me. I was getting upset, because I just kept hearing the group of boys laughing. I said something I shouldn't have.
"Fine. Whatever you freak. I was trying to do you a favor." I spat at her. Her cheeks were red. Probably because of the cool air that surrounded us and because I just called her a freak, kind of loud. Students that were walking by stared and laughed as we stood there. I felt terrible.
"Okay let me do you a favor." She stepped a bit closer. "Push your hair of your face, it looks pretty dumb."
She turned around and continued walking. Out of the parking lot.. and I stood there. I wanted to go after her and tell her the truth, but I didn't. I took my right hand and pushed my hair back off my left eye. Thanks Sam.
End of flashback.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We all stared at Isaac, his story was.. cute. I mean his real motive for trying to talk to her. It was a sweet, attempt that was messed up because Sam was afraid.
"You liked her?" I asked, he looked kinda shy and rubbed the back of his head.
"Yeah.. I guess." We all exchanged looks at each other then slowly we all laughed.
"Awww Mr Hype man was nervous, to tell the girl he liked, that he liked her.. priceless." Madison said wiping tears away from her eyes. Her comment made everyone laugh even harder. Expect me, I was processing his words, just I did with Madison's. Hm.. I thought. Things were making sense now.
"Alright it wasn't that funny." Isaac said sliding down into his chair. Two down, one to go. I stared at Jordan. I need to know. Why are you in this mess?
