As the title says make a pledge. I say to make a pledge because, I've done it when I was transitioning from 7th to 8th grade and that pledge helped remind me of my goals and made me even more determined to stay strong and keep moving that year. It can do the same for your highschool year as well. A pledge in general can help better you and help you prepare mentally and maybe even physically for what your going to experience. This is just a suggestion though, it doesn't mean you have to take it though. I'm just giving you tips on what to do.
Anyways that's all I have to say about making a pledge. If I find my old pledge that I made I'll put a picture of it in one of the Chapters or make it separate. Anyway's here's a bit of what my freshman year was like or had reminded me of.

A/N: For me, my freshman year of high school reminded me of my eighth grade year not only because of the work we had been doing but because, there were so many things that could litteratly and figuratively save you from falling flat on your face or flat on your ass. (Meaning save your ass from failing classes or failing the 9th grade in general.) Depends on what you decided to do all year or even what you decided to do for the first few weeks to the first few months in school. I had managed to pass all my classes freshman year only because I kept working to improve and to make damn sure that I didn't have any homework to take home after class. (Yes, what your teachers told you about whatever you don't finish in class you take home as homework is completely true.)
But anyway's enough of my rambling.
