no we were meant to be meeting tom and a few of his friends but they got stuck somewhere so it was just us

finn:
do you ever listen to me wyatt? he works with us

jeremy:
i'm at a beach and i hate everything
sand is gross and it makes me cringe
but do something cara likes on your date

jack:
take her to a beach, they could be romantic if you want to do that

sophia:

jeremy:
just make sure she doesn't hate beaches bc my brother did that once.

finn:
well how do i find that out? i dont want to just bring it up in conversation

sophia:
this makes me sound stalkerish- im not finn dont keep your girlfriend away from me- but ask emalee shes her best friend so she will know.

chosen:
im not a stalker either but her best friend is also british and may be asleep right now depending on the time

jaeden:
you could just take her to a pebble beach then you can figure out if she hates sand and know for next time

jeremy:
stones hurt your feet though

well luckily for them shoes exsist

jeremy what did a beach do to you that made you hate them that much?

sorry in advance for all the offence but i know the perfect place to go and ive got a date to go on

i finally gained enough courage to go and ask if she wanted to go out. the door was open but i knocked softly on it before she looked up at me.

"hello." she greeted with a smile. "i was wondering if you wanted to go out?" i asked, shrugging my shoulders trying not to make it awkward.

"as a date?" she questioned raising her eyebrows. i nodded, "yes a date, wear something comfy and shoes you can walk in, it's a bit of a long walk."

"oh ok, i'll be ready in 10." she replied and i left the room to let her get ready in peace.

i was fine with what i was wearing, black jeans and a plain white t-shirt. i was going to put on my green bomber jacket and then i'd be good to go.

"im ready if you are?" she said as she stood in the door frame. she was wearing denim short dungarees and a white top.

"yes lets go." i said, standing up off of my bed. we walked out of my room and quickly told corinna that we're going out and she was ok with it.

"so are you going to tell me where we're going?" she questioned me and i just looked at the floor.

"you'll have to wait and see, it's not too far though don't worry." i replied with a smirk, once we had walked out of the way of people and i knew nobody was watching us i grabbed her hand and intertwined it with mine.

they were soft, and her small hands fit with mine perfectly.

"is this it?" she questioned as she saw the pavement slowly morph into dirt then sand.

"yes, i thought i'd bring you to the beach because it's peaceful and it looks great." i replied with a smile.

"thank you so much, it's so pretty." she said as she turned to me and hugged me. "like you." i replied to be cute with a hint of cringey so she would laugh.

she let out a small chuckle and leant up to kiss me on the lips, it was short but sweet and i saw her cheeks blush.

"lets dance," she began while grabbing my hand, "but there's no music?" i questioned her.

"we don't need music." was her reply. i shrugged and pretended i didn't have two left feet while she span around, keeping a hold on my hand. eventually we just ran through the sand and in the water away from the waves. continuing to mess around on the beach for at least a few hours and it was just us.

"the sun is starting to set now." she pointed out and i nodded, staring at the shades of purple, orange and blue. "whoever gets to that tall rock and climbs it last to see the sunset owes the winner a kiss." i said while getting up and running to a tall rock.

"you're on wolfhard." she called out behind me as we were both sprinting to the rock, i got there first and just about managed to climb to the top in time.

"the view is really good up here, you should come up and watch the sun." i said mockingly as i saw her struggling.

"you know a good boyfriend would've helped their girlfriend climb a rock." she pointed out. it was the first time i heard her say it and it made me smile.

"take my hand and i'll try to pull you up." i reached down, giving her support while she climbed.

she thanked me once she made it to the top. "now what did i say about the loser owing the winner a kiss?" i questioned her as i turned to her face. her eyes glistened in the sunset.

she raised her eyebrow and then closed the space inbetween us.

we pulled away and watched the final moments of the sun setting with her head resting on my shoulders, barely speaking.

the sound of the waves crashing were the only things making a noise.

eventually we had to get up and go, but it was a really good day.

"this was great." i say while looking down and giving her an affectionate smile.

"i loved it." she said while wrapping her arm around my waist. i put mine around her shoulder and we walked home together, happily.
