corinna and i left finn's house for toronto on christmas eve; finn's family were flying on actual christmas to meet other relatives here. so corinna and i spent the day adding the last decorations that needed to be put up.

"have you seen the silver tinsel?" she shouted from the living room when we were living in i walked into the room with it in my hands and shook it about.

"are we living in the byers house?" i said, noticing the amount of christmas light boxes on the floor. she laughed and continued to put up some decorations.

"are we all done?" i nodded in response and she sent me away to wrap my presents with a bag of paper and gift tags filling my arms.

i rolled my eyes at her antics and put on a christmas playlist while i wrapped the presents, taking the time to perfect them with ribbon for decoration. i looked at the time on my phone and saw it was midnight, technically christmas. i ran into the main room and placed all of the presents under the tree before i took to my phone and posted on instagram.

i fell asleep sometime last night while i was replying to people and on facetime with emalee, and i woke up at 8am, the only time i wake up early is on christmas morning, its the best time of the year. 

after stretching out my muscles and i went into the hallway, spotting corinna already dressed and drinking a hot chocolate while watching home alone.
