Ch 20 tough and disturbing day

Normal POV
It wasn't before long Grelle agreed to Sir Pheles acting upon the reapers, that's one thing that Grelle feared. If someone were to find out there was a demon in the realm, much more knowing it belonged to Grelle, the higher ups would have her head immediately. "I don't know about this, Mephisto..." she shamefully looked down as they walked towards the dispatch "...I want you to be here with me. But I fear that my life would be in danger if everyone knew about you being in the same place as me." The demon smiled and placed a hand on her head "you're fearing too much~ and aren't you surprised that no one ever asked how I got in here?" That question got Grelle off guard and realized he was right "I didn't realize that!"

It wasn't before long the demon poofed down to his dog form when someone's foot steps come closer and closer, stopping behind Grelle "oh, it's you Senpai!" The red head turned back a bit and seen Ronald with a cheerful smile "fancy seeing you back, Sutcliff Senpai!" The red lady sighed in relief and offered a smile "hey Ronnie.. how you been?" The boy kept up his cheerful gaze, walked over to her and whispered in her ear "Senpai..... William is going to be furious with you. Not only he knows you've been piling up lots of work, but a new demon here?" Mephisto's ear perked up and eyed the boy. Grelle, on the other hand, gripped onto Mephisto a bit tighter of not wanting to let the being go "I..... I know Ronald... I broke rules and brought him here... but please don't tell anyone about this... even the higher ups!"

The two toned boy looked at her and nodded "not only I've kept your word and so has the others, but the higher ups are keeping a dangerously sharp eye on your activities with you and this demon of yours" her eyes widened and the dog growled a bit "what kind of activities...?" Mephisto finally asked and William suddenly spoke "letting you or this idiot reaper here screw up everything" Grelle looked at her late lover and gazed down towards the pup "we promise not to do anything..." in annoyance, the supervisor sent Grelle off to her office and expected her to work and catch up with everything. Took 5 hours, non stop working. Non stop writing. Non stop everything. Tiring the lady out, Mephisto looked at the working reaper with a worried look. After finally finishing, she rested her head onto her desk and yawned softly and sighed "he would never change at all with me..." a knock was heard before the demon could answer her. Ronald came in and joined the two.

The boy sighed and looked at his mentor "how long was Senpai like that?" Mephisto sighed and spoke "2 hours... mind you, she spent 5 hours working non stop since her boss gave her lots of paper work to do. Yet threatened her if she wouldn't finish by the time he leaves, she'd have to pay hell..." Mephisto's usual flamboyant tone wasn't there, but rather a slightly darkened one. A disturbing smirk formed on the demon's face as he spoke once more "I don't think that fancy butler said a thing to you guys-" Grelle looked up and both reapers looked at him "-if anything were to happen to you, my dearest, I'll bring this realm to Gehenna. And nothing would stop me" Ronald looked a bit shocked and asked "Gehenna...?" The demon calmed and smiled "hell, if you may" both reapers grew shocked at this new darken turn Mephisto showed.

20 parts done for 'New Play Date' I'm not sure how this story is turning out but it's fun to write! I'm planning on making a story for this explaining how Grelle and Will's relationship went. I shall update soon! Thanks for enjoying this :)
