Sequel to TBIFOM♡

Hey. I told you this story would be back :)

Let's review real quick:

Mia leaves Los Angeles to Manhattan, New York for her full scholarship to NYU.

Sadly, she had a conflict with leaving and having to break up with Chris. She got pregnant on prom night. She didn't find out until the day before she had to leave for her flight. They got into an argument, but in the end, Chris let his Mia go. Only if he knew she was pregnant...he would of forced her to stay. You all know the Chris in this story lmao

Mia and her grandmother settled in their apartment, discussing her pregnancy since her grandma could just tell by the way Mia is. Grandma sense or somethin I guess? Lmao

Her mother comes about a week later for Mia's appointment. Mia was scared about going, since she had mixed emotions about it all.

Before she could even get into the office, she tells them both she doesn't want an abortion anymore. Yay- well...kinda.

Mama and grandma weren't expecting Mia to answer like that, since she's got a big future ahead of her at NYU. After coming home with results, that she's close to 2 months pregnant, she researches options online and talks to others that went through the same thing; getting pregnant on prom night in certain areas was kind of a thing apparently👀👀🐸☕

Mia figures out she can have the baby, which if her calculations were accurate, then she'd be expecting a baby around February. So, she'll have to do extremely well in her first months at NYU, and talk to her professors about taking the classes online and be ready for the tests when she comes back.

She does just that, successfully.

Madison Christina Michaels was born on February 25th, 2020. And yes, that part will played by none other than Royalty Brown :)))

Back to Mia & Chris now. The two haven't spoken to each other since the flight Mia had gotten on. Awe :(

Mia felt horrible and guilty inside for not telling Chris. What else was she gonna do? Ruin Chris' bright future and keep him captive because of the baby? She didn't feel that was the right way to go, and it wouldn't be.

Chris left LA heartbroken as well to his full scholarship college, Duke. He expected they'd get back together sooner or later, but nope.

Mia had to change her number from all the calls and messages Chris would leave her. All Chris wanted was something from her; even a handwritten letter would of been great for him.

He didn't get a word from Mia for almost the past two years.

He'd even call Mia's house and talk to Mason, but Mason was just a little boy, not knowing much about the two and their breakup, but missed having him and Mia upstairs; being able to run and hug them.

Chris had given up on his chances, knowing he would never heard a word about Mia visiting LA, and he had to come down to what must of been right:

Leave her alone.

With doing so, Chris wasn't the happy guy he'd used to be with Mia around. However, he'd manage to be and put on a fake smile for his new friends and team; deep inside wanted to cry and scream in his still shattered heart to this very day.

He easily becomes the most known and popular star of his college basketball team, winning the champships and the MVP. He had a gift for dribbling the damn ball around and hooping from any direction, like an expert.

His life changes for the good. He gets drafted into the Lakers, and is all over the magazines, interviews, on posters, TV, YouTube, social media- everything.

So you're probably guessing he's a fuckboy or messes around with all the fangirls he's got, hmm?

WRONG!

Unfortunately, Chris would talk to other girls, try to go on a small date or somethin, but it didn't get any further than that. He wouldn't let the hoes touch him or even enter his house. It didn't feel right. As if he were cheating. His heart is still on lock with Mia. She's his everything. He couldn't move on from the relationship that changed his life and his perspective of the definition of life itself.

Anyway, it's been nearly two years since the two had even talked to each other. Yes, it's mean and cruel of Mia to ignore him and do so, but you'd have to be in her shoes.

Remember. Mia pushed Chris to get into college and become successful. Which happened quicker than most would of expected. So, if anything, she's extremely glad she's keeping the secret away from him.

Mia kept all the pictures of her and Chris, magazines he was in, record his games on her DVR, and tell Madison stories about her father. Mia knows one day he'll find out about his babygirl, and have to deal with the consequences of her decision to hide their daughter from him.

This takes place in May 2021, and she just got out of college for her summer vacay.

I think y'all get the point of what's going on so far.
