-private jet to Manhattan, New York-
Mia Michaels
Chris keeps making silly videos of him and Madison. They are incredibly adorable, but he does them so much and tries getting me in the videos too. I hate it when he records me doing something, and zooms into my face to see my reaction when I notice and have to tackle him just to delete the video before he uploads it onto the Snapchat app. Other than him annoyingly making thousands of videos every now and then, everything has been amazing! I missed grandma so much, and I couldn't wait to see her soon. A private jet ride sounded pretty calming and relaxing. I knew Chris only got the best of the best, so this had to of been expensive to own and a trustworthy, responsible pilot flying us.
"Are you enjoying our first flight together as a family?" Chris puts his phone away, sitting on the couch with me, and Madison on his lap, smiling. This is our first family kind of flight, ever. I'm surprised I didn't catch that earlier!
"It's great baby! I can't wait to show you around and where I used to live with my mama and father! It's lovely over there, minus the taxis and busy streets! You'll see..." I glance out my window, watching the fluffy white clouds float around and the clear blue sky.
"I'm excited! I've never seen where you used to live before you came to LA; only the facts and stories I've heard!" Chris tickles Maddy's tummy as I laugh and nod.
I kept wondering in the back of my mind if my grandma would consider moving to LA with us. She should, but she can be quite stubborn. After I tell her I won't be returning for the next year of NYU, I'm sure it'll make her a little sad, but it should motive her to move then. She's going to need someone watching her daily like I was after my classes, and working shifts at the library, then came back for a few hours to take care of Madison.
"Maddy, are you excited to see grandma again??" I ruffle her messy, curly hair as she giggles cutely and plays with Chris' gold diamond rings. Hmm. I never knew men wore rings, and so many. Or maybe that was just Chris. Plus, he has lots of shiny diamond encrusted chains of his favorite cartoon characters and what not, so I shouldn't be to surprised by now. He loves jewelry, like me.
"You wanna wear one?" Chris catches me admiring his rings like Madison was too.
"Eh, I'm fine. I just love how they sparkle! I need to start buying more rings like you do!" I look at my hand, watching my lovely mood ring change colors that Chris gave me a few years back; the only ring I ever wore and one of my many favorite gifts from him that I'll treasure for the rest of my life. I never took the gold heartlocket off either.
