The next day several of the gladers went into the tunnel to see if there was anything important hidden in there, but it turned out to be nothing but a dead end.
However Alby assigns you to search through the woods in case you find any other secret passages, but you're unable to keep your self focused on work. Your mind keeps replaying the events of the night before and you doubt you'll be able to properly work. You haven't seen Newt all day and you long to catch even a glimpse of him. You think about what the other gladers would think if they found out about you two, would it be acceptable or would Alby frown upon it and put Newt in the slammer or worse banish him. According to Teresa, Alby held a meeting preventing anyone from trying to start a relationship with her when she first arrived, hence why Ben was to be put in the slammer for three days, before they found out he was infected. So maybe it would be best for you and Newt to keep your relationship a secret? So many questions are running through your mind once again- are you and Newt even in a relationship? And what happens if your relationship was to develop? There was no type of contraception in the glade, meaning to develop your relationship would be extremely risky.

As you are lost in your own thoughts you don't realise you have been making your way down the secret tunnel, it's nice and cool down there, sheltering you from the blazing heat, you almost start to get lost in your thoughts once again, when suddenly a familiar set of hands covers your eyes "guess who?"
"Newt!" You spin around and place a kiss on him, you have been longing for his embrace, he pulls back slightly "Darling what's gotten into you?" 
"Well after last night I haven't stopped thinking about you" you blush at your honest remark towards Newt, worried he may find you too keen.
"I've felt the same love, I can't keep my mind off you, every time I think of you..." he glances down at his crotch "that happens" you both chuckle.
"I can't help it baby, you're so beautiful I can't control myself around you" he pulls you into a tight embrace and gives you a soft kiss. He caresses down your body causing you to moan and takes the opportunity to put his tongue in your mouth, deepening the kiss.
He grabs your hands and pins them above your head with one hand and slowly begins to ease his way up your shirt to caress your breast with the other. He reaches around to your back and undoes your bra, slowly moving his hand back to play with your nipples, which harden at his touch.
He lifts your top over your head and you do the same to him, he begins to kiss down your neck and then continues to move down lightly flicking his tongue against your nipple. He goes back to kissing you and gently slides his hand up your skirt, caressing your inner thigh, causing you to moan "that's it baby moan for me"
He continues to move his hand up until he slips his fingers into your pants and starts to caress your private spot, sending tingles throughout the whole of your body. You call out his name and beg him to stop "N..Newt please stop.. I'm gonna.." you reach climax and collapse into Newts arms, the intensity of what had just happened causing your legs to become weak.

Newt helps you back to your room and leaves a soft but loving kiss on your lips. He then presses his cheek against yours and whispers into your ear "I love you Y/N and no matter what happens, I will always be there to protect you"
He then turns away and heads back to his room, looking around to ensure no one had seen what had just past between the two of you.
As you drift of to sleep, you dream of Newt and the amazing things he made you feel, leaving you in anticipation, lusting after more.
