YouTube: In The Making of The Visual Novel #2

Goodness gracious...

This is gonna take awhile.

But, peeps, if you are good little readers...

This visual novel I am so ready for.

BUT SCHOOL STARTS ON AUGUST 23rd!!!

WHY SO EARLY?!!?

Usually it's like in September or something!!!

Plus, we gotta move to the new building....

(gotta bike a half a mile [and a little more] to get to the school)

Anyway, I'm making progress on the visual novel, though my drawings...

Look a bit creepy.

If you guys saw on my last update, my Leon there...on #3...looked kinda...wrong.

So when I'm able to get back on, I'm gonna have to fix it.

I don't know when we're gonna be seeing Karno and Zyglavis (or more like I don't remember, I'll have to check later) will show up in Attempt #1, but I'm just gonna have to wait and see, because I'm gonna have to shoot the trailer without those two. Plus I gotta draw WHOLE NEW expressions for the first batch of guys (Leon, Scorpio, Teorus, Huedhaut, Ichthys, Dui), because they're are some expressions that involve their heads at a different angle...

Oh, hades, wait until I gotta draw the Star King.

By the way...

People have been asking me why I have been typing his name like...

(example): "Where's Star King? I haven't seen him since last week..."

...Instead of...

(example): "Where's the Star King? I haven't seen him since last week..."

And then you also see Oangia criticizing Sailor and Kitari about the way how they address him.

Well, it kinda involves a little thing I draw in my free time called Humanity's Stars. The thing is in a notebook and all the characters are chibi. Their real names, which you people would know if you read my other stories, is Sailor, Kitari, Therious, Vincent, Aurum, and Lillia. Though their names in the comics are (from left to right, above) Punishments, Wishes, Nightset, Daylight, Star King (or Star), and Golden Lily (or Golden).

Mind you, everyone in the group calls Therious, Star King or Star. Sailor and Kitari, for some reason, strictly call him 'Star King'. So, looking at it like a name, they don't really say 'the' before the name.

Drawing.

Like I said in my last update, I had a Minecraft teammate named Deadatror1600 helping me and stuff with the make of this thing.

But today, we decided to do another challenge.

Though the one being tortured in it is ME.

Let me explain how this works.

The way how I draw with my Manga Studio is by connecting a drawing pad to the computer and whatever I draw on the pad, pops up on the screen, as if I was drawing on it (but I'm not). Instead of having my drawing pad on some flat surface or something, I set it on my lap. Mind you, the thing's wire connected.

Okay, crucial thing I want you peeps to know is that the chair I sit in has WHEELS.

So the challenge...

Was that Deadatrox1600 was gonna push me around the area while I'm drawing in the CHAIR. No stand still or silent work. It's noisy push around until I fall outta the thing, while I'm screaming...

Author: "DEAD, AT LEAST LET ME DROP THE OPACITY TO 40!!!"

Deadatrox1600: "NO!!! (XD)"

...In the end, the opacity remained at 60%. This was while I was coloring on the blue highlights on Scorpio's hair. Apparently while picking out colors for his hair, I had realized that NONE of the colors were pitch black. ALL OF THEM RANGED IN HUES OF BLUE. B-L-U-E. SCORPIO'S HAIR IS FLIPPING BLUE?!??!!?

And that's is what I had done and learned so far in the progress of making the visual novel.
