- David's POV -
I knocked on the door, and stood there breathing slowly, knowing what I was about to do. Snow opened the door and stood there, her eyes were puffy where she had obviously still been crying but tried to hide that she was sad about it all, she snapped

"Yes?" I replied

"Snow, we need to talk" she nodded and let me inside before we went and sat down on the sofa.

She sat a few spaces away from me and looked at me, I could tell she knew what I was going to say and it made it a lot easier as it wouldn't come as a surprise at least.

"I think we need to discuss what's happening between us and make some final choices" I said with a sigh of relief finally getting out the words I had been so afraid to say for weeks.

"Yes, we do. Charming i have loved you for years but I think this is when our story needs to end, we are not fit for each other and we both know that this is not true love" I nodded and we both had sad expressions knowing that we were about to end it.

"So I think we should get a divorce" she finally blurted out.

I nodded and got up to leave "I'm sorry Snow" I said and I hugged her, she hugged me back weakly before I walked towards the door and left.

I turned back and saw her closing the door and I felt my heart break a little. I know we hadn't worked out but I still had loved her for such a long time that it did still hurt to finally accept it was the end, but I knew now at least my feelings for Regina I could accept.

I decided to try and find her, I know I should let her have space but I needed to explain myself as she must be so confused with it all. I thought of the places she would go and instantly thought her office. She I walked back down main street and towards her office, I walked up to the door and pushed it open with a quiet knock before popping my head round

"Regina? Are you in here?" i looked and saw her sat at her desk with her head slumped onto her hand she was peering down at her work with her glasses on and she looked adorable.

She looked up and sighed "David, what are you doing here?".

I felt a sharp pain at what she had just said knowing that she didn't want me here but tried to ignore it

"I need to explain to you, I understand it must be all very confusing" I said

"Yes, yes it is" she replied weakly.

She got up and stood in front of her desk and I walked over to her.

"Well for starters me and Snow are filing a divorce, it's all settled now I went over and spoke to her and we decided it was best"

Regina gasped "Oh my god, I did this, I've broke up literally Snow White and Prince Charming I ca- I can't"

she flopped backwards onto her desk sitting and shook her head

"No, no this wasn't because of you Regina, we have been having problems for weeks, just realising my feelings for you made me realise that me and Snow couldn't hide our problems and we needed to sort them" she continued to shake her head feeling in the wrong but I moved forward and placed my hand on her arm

"Regina, please believe me this isn't your fault okay?" I said reassuringly

"David, I- I need some time to think, please can you go" she said before getting up from the desk and walking over to the fireplace, and had her back to me

"But Regina-" I tried to say

"David, please.. just go" she said crossing her arms and rubbing them.
