UNPREDICTED LOVE

Chapter Twenty-Five

- Regina's POV -
We left my house and got into my car before driving down towards the woods where I had left Cruella, Maleficent and Ursula. As we drove we thought of a plan

"Alright, Henry what's the plan?" I asked turning briefly to gave Henry before looking back at the road at points.

"Okay, so you said their plan was to freeze everyone from the fairytale land so they needed time to do something without anyone being in the way" Henry replied and I turned back quickly

"And what's that?" I asked

"I think they want to take over the town, and then once everyone is unfrozen they will have control over us all and rule the town" Henry added and I turned back to the road with a worried expression

"Well that's not happening on my watch" I reply snappily.

We arrive at the edge of the woods and I slowly turn off onto the dirt before letting the engine die. I turn back to Henry

"If my thoughts are correct then they should still be here" I say and Henry nods

"Okay" he replies

"Henry I want you to wait here in the car okay?" I say and Henry looks at me eager

"What no mum?! I want to help" he replies desperately but I ignore his pleads

"Henry..they're dangerous and I don't want you getting hurt, you stay here and I'll deal with them trust me you've been a hero enough today" I reply smiling before kissing his forehead, unbuckling my seatbelt and getting out the car.

I make my way into the woods and I can hear their voices from further in

"Where is Regina?" I hear a muffled voice say

"She should be here now, I know she wants to be trusted" another voice muffled.

I made my way closer and eventually I could see their outlines other by the well, I slowly made my way over

"Well that's not a very nice way to speak to your queen?" I snap now sashaying over and all three turn and glare

"Where have you been?" Cruella snaps and I smile evilly

"Causing trouble of course, I was making sure the uncharmings and their daughter Emma" I snarl Emma's name to add effect and it seems to work "are definitely under the curse, I could imagine you making mistakes" I snap and they look taken back at my reply but believe me.

"Fine, well now it's time for the second part of our plan" Maleficent says and I continue to glare waiting for them to explain what that is.

Cruella begins to sashay off and the follow before indicating back at me

"Come on Regina, we are going to go do something you've wanted to do for a long time" Maleficent says and laughs evilly.

I stop dead in my tracks realising what she means and I snap

"no" I shout and all they all stop and turn round with evil expressions on their faces

"No?" Ursula questions and I glare

"I know exactly what you mean and we are not doing that" I snap angrily.

Years ago when I was evil and together with those three other women they knew about my one desire, which was to kill Snow White.. obviously back then I was certain but now after redeeming myself I didn't have that desire and me and Snow were friends.

With evil expressions on their faces they smile before turning back

"If you want to show us you're still evil Regina then you will do this. The choice is yours" Maleficent commands before all three walk ahead leaving me standing.

I think for a moment for a plan, what would Henry do..what would Henry do. Then I realize Henry was in the car of the outskirts where they were headed and I panicked

"Wait!" I shout and they stop a little further up from me now, I slowly begin to walk towards them with an evil smile before stopping inches away from them

"Let's go kill Snow White" I snap and they all smile with joy that I was still showing evil and we make our way into town, I make them avoid Henry in the car.

As we walk along I whisk my hand and manage to use my magic to write a message to Henry on a piece of paper inside the car.

- Henry's POV -
I sit impatiently in the car waiting for my mum. I have no idea what's happened and I began to worry that maybe her plan had failed and Cruella and the others had gotten her. I knew she wanted me to stay in the car but I couldn't, bring a hero meant being brave and doing things when you don't think you can. I unbuckle my seatbelt and begin to slowly make my way towards the woods before I hear voices.

"Wait!" I hear shouting and it sounds like my mum.

I quickly make my way round to the side of the car and peek around

"Let's go kill Snow White" I hear my mums voice shout.

I panic and slide down by the side of the car. What had my mum gotten herself into..would she really kill Snow just to keep up her cover. No of course she wouldn't she's come too far...but being around her old companions might cloud her judgment.

I knew she needed help and I decided to go against her will and help her, I got back into the car and tried to turn it on. I turned the keys and the engine started up before I buckled my seatbelt and gripped my hands around the steering wheel

"Here goes nothing" I say to myself.

I look down to try and see what to do before I notice the glove box opening and a notepad flying out before landing on the passenger seat and writing beginning to appear.

"What the hell?" I say confused, I flick the keys and turn the engine back off before undoing my seatbelt and leaning to the side towards the passengers seat and trying to see what the writing says

"Don't worry I've got this Henry, I've got a plan" the writing finally appears and I read it out loud.

I stop and look outside around but there's no one around, I hoped this meant that she wouldn't kill Snow but it also made me wonder what her plan was.

I turned the engine once again before gripping the steering wheel tightly and pushing my foot down on the pedal as hard as I could, the car started up and I sped down the long road back towards town.
