Liz's pov: "Liz, wake up." Brandon said.
I opened my eyes then rubbed them and sat up in my bed.
"Why did you have to wake me?" I growled.
"Because it's already two thirty and Kylie is coming over at three." He said.
"Oh shit, I forgot." I said getting out of bed.
"How could you forget?" He asked.
"Cause I barely got any sleep last night." I said heading to my closet.
"Why?" He asked.
"Stop asking me so many questions, I'm too tired for this." I said.
"By the way, mom and dad left for work already." He said before leaving my room.
I grabbed an outfit then headed to the bathroom. I took my shower then got changed. I applied on some makeup then headed downstairs. Kylie was already waiting for me.
"Hey Ky." I said hugging her.
"Hey Lizzie." Kylie said hugging me back.
"So where are you guys going today?" Brandon asked.
"The Grove then movies." I replied.
"Wait can I meet you at the movies and bring my best friend?" He asked.
"Sure." Kylie said.
"Who's your best friend?" I asked even though I already knew who.
"His name is Zach." He said.
"How come you've never told me about him?" I asked.
He shrugged.
"He moved here ten months ago, so I guess I just kinda forgot you didn't know him." He said.
"Okay, well we better get going." Kylie said pulling me out of my house and towards her car.
"I have a feeling you already know this Zach person." Kylie said once we got in her car.
"How'd you know?" I asked.
"Because I've been your best friend ever since you were born so I know you that well to know when you're lying." She said.
"I met him last night or technically early this morning." I said.
"Where at?" She asked.
"My house." I said.
She looked at me confused then looked back at the road.
"Explain." She simply said.
"He came at like three in the morning and threw stones at my window thinking it was Brandon's. Then he explained that he wanted to go on a late night adventure with him, but since I was already awake he asked me to go with him instead of waking Brandon up and asking him. So I went with him." I said.
"Is he cute?" She asked.
"You have no idea." I mumbled then sighed.
