completely in love with you

Liz's pov: "It could be..." My doctor started to say, but paused and sighed as she looked at her clipboard.

She then looked up at me and sighed once again.

"What?" I asked anxiously to find out what could possibly be wrong with me.

She cleared her throat and looked down at her clipboard quickly then she looked up me again.

"There's a possibility that you could have cancer." She finally said.

I froze and tears became to well up in my eyes.

"C-ca-cancer?" I stuttered.

She nodded solemnly.

I looked down as a tear slipped down my face. I quickly wiped it away and cleared my throat.

"What kind?" I asked.

"I'm not sure yet." She said.

"That's why we need to do a few more tests." She explained.

"Do you have any ideas what kind?" I asked.

"It could be Leukemia, Colon cancer, lung cancer or lymphoma." She said looking down at her clipboard.

"But I can't be too sure, as of right now." She stated looking back up at me once again.

I nodded.

"When should I come back in for more tests?" I asked.

"How about once I get these tests done, I'll call you to come in and we'll see from there?" She suggested.

I nodded.

"Uh thank you." I said as I stood up from the check up bed.

I walked back to the waiting room and as soon as Kylie saw me she stood up.

"What'd she say?" Kylie asked.

"I'm fine, it's just the stomach bug." I lied.

Kylie hugged me.

"Thank god!" She exclaimed.

She broke the hug and we began to leave the doctor's office.

"That literally took so long, I was beginning to worry that something was really wrong." She said chuckling.

"There's nothing to worry about." I lied once again.

"Good." She said smiling.

"So everything is okay?" Zach asked as he rubbed little circles on my hand.

"Everything is okay." I lied.

"You sure?" He asked.

"I'm positive, babe." I said.

He smiled softly then leaned over and gave me a kiss. He pulled away from the kiss after a few seconds then leaned his forehead on mine.

"I'm completely in love with you, E." He said, with a big smile - that showed his pearly, white teeth- and his eyes closed.

"I'm completely in love with you too, Z." I said as my eyes fluttered closed too and I could feel a big smile begin to from.

How am I supposed to tell him that I might have cancer?

I know most of you were thinking/hoping that Liz would be pregnant, but her and Zach haven't done that yet so it's not possible.
