Liz's pov: "Don't be afraid to catch feels"
"That song is wrong." I said.
"How so?" Kylie asked as she turned down the volume.
"Well for one feelings are dumb." I groaned as I flopped myself down on Kylie's bed.
"They're not that dumb." She said.
"Just cause you're in love with my brother, doesn't mean love works out for everyone else." I replied.
"Do you love Zach?" She asked.
I sat up on her bed.
"No, but I do like him." I said.
"Which might I add, really sucks." I stated sighing.
"When's the last time you guys hung out alone?" She asked.
I shrugged.
"Like a week ago, I think." I said.
"I still can't believe you guys almost kissed yesterday!" She exclaimed.
"We didn't almost kiss-" I paused.
"It just felt like he was gonna kiss me." I stated.
"But I was probably imagining things." I added on.
"He likes you, and he has liked you since you two met." She said.
"Maybe he did actually like me back then, but he doesn't anymore and I have to be okay with that." I said shrugging.
"Why can't you just get it through your head that he does like you?" She asked.
"Well let's see..." I paused, "how about the fact he is dating Rachel?"
"If he knew how you feel about him then he would've broken up with her." She argued.
"Doubtful." I replied.
"You are so difficult." She said groaning.
"I know." I said smiling.
I looked out her window and groaned when I noticed the sun was getting ready to set.
"I better get home." I said sighing.
"You're not staying over?" She asked.
"Can't, my parents want me home tonight." I said.
She nodded her head.
"Okay, well see ya soon." She said.
I gave her a quick hug then left her house.
"I'm home!" I yelled when I walked through my front door.
"Jeez, do you really need to yell?" Zach asked as he walked down the stairs and towards me.
Brandon was slowly following him. I shrugged and slightly nodded.
"Yes, I do." I joked.
"What are you doing here anyways?" I asked.
"I came to hang out with my best friend, obviously." He said.
