Amy opened the door a bit to see Mouse standing there awkwardly. Her heart seemed to beat faster.

"Hey there, Mouse," she greeted quietly, kinda hiding behind the door.

"Hey... So, I was wondering, since Neo, Morpheus and maybe some others went somewhere, um, maybe you, uh, wanted to g-go somewhere with me. Just as friends, or allies, or..." Mouse blushed and looked away.

Amy could tell that Mouse didn't want her to decline the offer.

"How are we supposed to get off of the Neb? It is an aircraft, you know. And YOLOletsjumpout just isn't gonna cut it," Amy wondered. Mouse laughed a bit at her joke. The blush on his face grew when her saw the curiosity shine in her eyes; curiosity to hear what his solution was.

"Well, I've been working on a program that can teleport people to and from here," Mouse explained.

"Does it work safely?" Amy inquired.

"Y-yeah, I, uh, tested it a few times, and it works," Mouse stuttered.

"How difficult was it to make?" she continued.

"It wasn't that hard," Mouse answered honestly. "Come on."

Mouse and Amy walked to the computer room.

"So, is this like the program we use to send our mind into the real world, or is it our physical bodies?" Amy wondered as they entered the room.

"It should be our physical selves. Besides, it's not like we want them killing us while we're gone," Mouse grinned a bit.

"Don't they already use something like that?" Amy asked, staring at the computer.

"Here's the catch: this one doesn't need a pay-phone for anything," Mouse grinned sneakily. "Well, 'cept once, but that's a cell phone."

"Handy. How does it work?" Amy wondered.

"You're not afraid of a small shock, are you?" Mouse checked.

"Of course not," Amy answered confidently.

"Then give me your hand," Mouse instructed. He took her wrist and put her hand to the computer screen. Mouse pressed a few keys, and Amy started to feel a small electric current against her palm. The shock got stronger, causing slightly more pain, but Amy easily bested that.

A bright light appeared, then swallowed them.
