~Skipping the whole Neo/Trinity scene, and assuming that Switch and Apoc came back with Trinity~
Neo and Morpheus finally woke up back in the Neb.
"Welcome back," Tank greeted them in a positive manner.
"Sooo... Smith is gone now?" Amy checked.
"Hopefully," Neo responded.
"Such a definite answer," Amy remarked sarcastically.
"He should be gone," Morpheus restated.
"Right," Amy nodded with mock enthusiasm. "'Should be'."
Mouse couldn't help but laugh a bit and put his arm around Amy. Amy looked up at him and smiled.
"Well, that worked out. Didn't it, Mouse?" Neo regarded them. Mouse blushed pink.
Everything actually felt "okay" for once. Amy turned around and hugged Mouse tightly.
"I love you," he whispered so only she could hear him.
"I love you, too," Amy whispered back to him.
And they all lived happily ever after. The end. Or not, who knows?
