A Chief protects his own

Hiccup that day, spend more than 3 hours in his room trying to figure out the protections they will build. He ended up to a Gronkle iron wall that could open and be gathered in the two of it's edges, so the village wouldn't  look like a prison. Also, they would make a cave, well hidden, under the academy so they could hide in case one attack. "Why should we waste time by doing that?"Spitlout asked when he presented his plans "Our unarmed people hide in the Great Hall since years ago!" "And Drago knows that. That will be the first place he will attack if he manages to get passed from our defenses"Hiccup explained to him. He made and a few plans of attack to. He used and Tuffnut's trikster experience in that. We all remember how his ideas saved the Edge almost a year ago (s4 Edge of disaster)

Man: Exusme Gobber...
Gobber: Sorry man, we are closed today. And probably for the rest of the month.
The man left. Gobber took his tools, Grump leaving to Hiccup the weelbasket with the rocks. They went to the Clif in the front of the village where the bases for the wall were built and started working. Fishlegss went to gather rocks and the rest of the team was working under the academy.
The wall was going to be high enough to cover even the great Hall from all distance. At first they where going to cover the face of the village and stadiacly, the rest of the island.

He came up with a new attack plan: ziplebacks would attack first to cover more ground with their gass. They would fly between the ships to make smoke (Hiccup made glasses for the riders so the smoke wouldn't get in their eyes) then Gronkles attacking to destroy catapelts. Monster nightmares blowing up the rest of equipment. Deadly naders were protecting the rest of their team from arrows and attacking where they could. Also in cooperation with monsterous nightmares who flamed them up they were puting on fire on people.

Hiccup herd something like catapelts and the ground shook. He stood to the edge of the Clif and put out his spy glass. He saw multiple Hunter ships shooting them! 
"Gobber! The horn." After two minutes they where all to the great Hall.
"I looked around the whole island twice, there's nothing except from those we saw" said Astrid. "Okay. Snotlout, Spitlout, Gustav, twins and Astrid take the unarmed people into the woods carry as many as you can. Then meet me on the battlefield. Riders, do you remember the new plan?" Hiccup asked. They all nodded and left."The rest of you go take your weapons and wait for my signal to get in the air" the men left. "Mom, Frega*, I need you to get ready monstrerous nightmare gell. I don't know if we are going to defeat them at sea we have to protect the village. In case you hear the Horn, fly as fast as you can to the unarmed people" they nodded to and left. Hiccup got on Toothless and left to protect his own as a chief.
After two hours of hard fighting Astrid saw 5 of them on Berk's beach and some small boats.
"HICCUP!" she yelled and showed him the direction of the boats. He showed her to get higher so they could talk. She folloewd his order. The problem is that she didn't let him to talk and quickly said "I'll take the ones on the beach you take the ships"and left. Hiccup tried to speak with her but he was unsacsessfull, so he did what she told him to. While he was flying he saw her commanding Sormfly to leave and help the others. Meanwhile, they had come closer to win. There was only a ship retreating on it there was  Dago laughing eavily to Hiccup. There was a man next to him ready to shoot Astrid with a poisoned arrow. He flew as fast as he could to her. He was landed by the time the hunter was about to leave the arrow go to it's destination. Hiccup run to his beloved and pushed her. Astrid had no idea what was going on. The only thing she knew is that she was fallen to the ground next to Hiccup. There was no one there except from them Toothless and dead bodies. 
"You ok?" Hiccup asked with trempling voice. Astrid noticed that and turned back to him. When she saw him she screamed "No!" and went near him. Hiccup, has been hitten by the arrow on his left shoulder. He could bearly speak. "Hiccup! HICCUP! I'm here look at me, LOOK AT ME! Don't close your eyes! You'll be fine! HELP! SOMEONE HELP ME! PLEASE! I NEED HELP! SOMEONE PLEASE!!!!" she screamed will she was wreked, and crying so hard that she could bearly see... Meanwhile, Toothless was pushing him softly and sending distress signals. Soon, the rest of the riders landed around them. Hiccup was pale and bleeding Valka couldn't hold her tears. Her heart was about to break in a thousand pieces by seeing her child so close to death. She kneeled. Her legs couldn't hold her body any more. Gobber, whose eyes have seen much worse remained calm and told Snotlout to take Astrid away and he did. With great difficulty. She was hitting him and tried to escape from is hands. She was yelling so hard that she ended with her throat hurting. "NO! NO! PLEASE! I WON'T LEAVE YOU! I'LL NEVER LEAVE YOU!NO!" After that she was crying in Snotlout's arms and Valka was doing exactly the same in Gobber's arms, a bit more quietly than Astrid, while Eret moved him on Cloudjumper and opened Tootless' wing. They flew to Gothie. Valka's tears were falling having stop, on her son's almost dead body. He had his green eyes closed and almost didn't breath from the pain. His right hand was on his left shoulder, where the arrow was. His head was fallen on his mother's hand, who had hugged him tight. 
When they finally arrived, Gothie cleaned up his hurt and let him rest. Then she wrote something on the dirt and Gobber translated.
"Without cure, he will die!"
"Are you sure? Did you read it right? Fishlegss please check it you to." Astrid said and prayed that it was a mistake
"No, he said it right. This means cure, this one that something is missing and this..." He said looking cearfully at the symbols trying the find something else that the last symbol could mean. "This one is death..." He said and look at Astrid who was ready to cry again.
