Jungkook let Yoongi help him into the train. His worn shoes scrapped against the metal ground as he looked at their transport. They weren't in a normal train, instead they had found on specifically for crates and deliveries. It was only due to luck that they managed to find an empty car. "Seokjin and Hoseok are coming with us, right?"

"Of course." Yoongi rolled his eyes then helped Taehyung  in the car. Hoseok walked up to them, bursting from the long grass with Jimin on his back.

"Namjoon is on his way. He's helping Seokjin drop the girl off before we leave. She fainted." Snorting Hoseok turned around and put his calves against the cab so Jimin could sit inside and pull his aching body in.

"You guys pissed him off." Jimin said between a mouthful of ibuprofen.

"Yeah, and you guys pissed me off. But you don't see me-" Jungkook covered his ears and yelled when Hoseok cursed at him.

"You're luck Seokjin isn't here." Yoongi quirked an eyebrow then helped the former guard get a spot against the metal wall.

"I know." Hoseok smiled wearily then leaned against the wall as well. Jungkook watched his older friends interact with a deep frown etched on his dry lips. Since they had run away, everyone had been struggling on how to act. Hoseok couldn't tell if his dry humour should be stronger or gone. Yoongi wasn't sure if he should keep up his mute farce around the former corporation members, and Seokjin was feeling guilty for being nice to everyone. Jungkook didn't know what Namjoon was usually like because all he saw was the stoic lab assistant. But he saw the wrinkles pressed into his forehead.

Jungkook wasn't stupid, he could see that running away was more stressful to them than staying. At least when they stayed they knew what was happening. Whereas now, they only had a map left by a dead scientist and the feeble hope of an asylum for mutants. His thoughts were interrupted when Taehyung leaned his head against Jungkook's shoulder. The void in him reacted with Taehyung's presence. Instantly he felt the odd sense of comradeship fill him from the older boys presence.

"So far." Taehyung mumbled as he pressed his fingers against his temple. His mind was still tumbling through the abyss. Nothing made sense to him. His mind was being ripped apart and molded in multiple different dimensions. It hurt. He couldn't even see everything around him properly, his mind had stopped interpreting it all. Everything he saw was upside down and warped with the colours of the void.

"I know." Jungkook put his hand on Taehyung's thigh. He expected Taehyung to pull away and was met with a surprising lack of resistance. "It won't last forever." He remembered how twisted his mind was during his maturing period. It had lasted a month. A month of pure hell. His parents had even sent him to a delinquent center.

"Make space." Seokjin pulled himself into the car looking weary. "Namjoon and I brought a guest."

"What do you mean a guest?" Yoongi spat as he shot Seokjin a look of disbelief.

"A guest." Namjoon laid the girl on the ground, making Hoseok scream.

"Where did you come from?" Hoseok demanded, trying to sound manly after his high pitched shriek.

  "Atlantis." Namjoon retorted dryly.

"Invisibility." Yoongi murmured before shooting Namjoon a look of appreciation. "That's how you corrupted the data."

"Atlantis." Hoseok copied Namjoon with a scowl, not brushing it off like Yoongi.

"Don't focus on it." Seokjin said as he grasped the large metal door and slammed it shut, encasing them in darkness. Some light leaked in through holes in the metal sheets. "The bus won't take long to leave."

"Why did you bring her?" Jungkook looked at the girl curiously. He could see her features from the light that wafted into the car. He recognised her as the girl from the bus. He remembered bumping into her and how dismissive he had been. He felt bad as he remembered her kind smile and worried furrow of here brows.

"She might be a meta." Namjoon sighed and deposited himself beside Jimin. "Are you okay?"

"I'll be better later." Jimin moaned out before cuddling into Namjoon. "I took more drugs."

"Don't take too many or you can get poisoned." Namjoon shot his friend a look before running his fingers through Jimin's hair, lightly massaging his scalp. Hoseok scowled at Namjoon, not liking how intimate the two were acting in front of him. It was hard to continue seeing them as the enemies when they acted like he did with his brothers in arms.

"Is she pretty?" Jungkook tilted his head and flushed when Hoseok and Yoongi laughed at him. "I just mean, we never saw many girls."

"Why, do you think she is?" Hoseok grinned and leaned in close to Jungkook. "You can have her kid, she isn't my type." Laughing he ruffled Jungkook's hair. "I like my s-line." He got a very adult look on his face as he waved his hand through the air." Instead of speaking up Yoongi just nodded in agreement.

"More skin." Yoongi murmured. Namjoon's eyebrows quirked as he caught onto their speaking and he smirked.

"Seriously?" Seokjin shot them looks and shifted uncomfortably as vivid illustrations flashed through his mind. Yes, the eldest of the group were perverts.

"She's too innocent for my type." Yoongi nodded to himself. "Weak, like a little deer or something." He shook his head and look at her with faint disgust. "She won't survive long with us."

"We aren't going to keep her with us." Seokjin shook his head. "We are just taking her to the asylum with us then we will part ways. We won't have any time to get attached."

"Alright." Jungkook listened to them speak as he watched the girl curl up against the metal floor, trying to get comfortable. He pulled off his sweater, ignoring the small moan of complaint from Taehyung. Letting Taehyung continue to nap, he put his sweater under her head so she would be more comfortable. "She's one of us then." He watched as she shivered and rubbed her arms despite the humid cab.

"Yes, she is." Seokjin said with a nod. "That's why we can't leave her behind."

"There is no way that worked." Hoseok scoffed then stiffened as the train abruptly jerked.

"The serum only knocks out mutants." Namjoon spoke up and stared Hoseok down. "If she fainted, she is one of us."

"How long will we be on the train?" Jungkook shuffled uncomfortably as the train continued bouncing along its way.

"As long as we can." Namjoon sighed and froze when the girl shuffled. Mutely she sat up and remained silent as she stared everyone down. Jungkook could see the fear in her eyes, the confusion. But she didn't say anything.

"We didn't mean to." Seokjin shuffled towards her and instantly she started kicking, forcing the eldest away from her.

"Calm down!" Yoongi cussed when Seokjin stumbled into him.

"I'm not worth anything!" The girl finally said as she scrambled up.

"We are not kidnapping you, okay? Just, please listen to us." Namjoon held his hands out and spoke softly.

"Not kidnapping?" Her voice sounded strained and she wearily looked for an exit, stumbling as the train clacked against the rails. "Then why did I wake up on a train?"

"We're mutants, and you are too. If we left you, then you would be killed." Namjoon sound calmly. The whole train stared at him with disbelief from his response.

"Guess we aren't easing her in." Yoongi muttered.

"Mutants don't exist! What do you think this is? X-Men?" She snapped before seeing the handle for the door. It was obvious she didn't believe they were telling the truth. Hoseok cursed and stood up pulling her into his arms as she tried to open the door. "Let me go!" Her voice screeched as she fought against him.

"Weak as." Hoseok said as even malnourished he kept her from getting to the door. He hadn't meant to show off that mutants existed, but when his arms sparked up and electricity danced before her eyes, she knew that they were telling the truth. She jolted in his arms and went limp as she breathed deeply. His hands slipped up her body as she fell in his arms. He flushed when he caught her at her chest.

"That's not fair." She gasped out, still feeling her skin tingle from the electricity.

"I'm Hoseok." He said blandly before letting her hit the ground, not looking at her.

"Be careful!" Seokjin went to her side instantly. Before he could touch her she slid away from him shakily and glared his way, clearly not trusting him after he drugged her. "I'm Seokjin."

  "Yoongi."

I'm Namjoon, this is Jimin, Taehyung, and Jungkook." Namjoon pointed out the rest and looked at the tired girl expectantly.

"What? You want to know the name of the girl you kidnapped?" She snapped before rubbing her skin. She knew she wasn't a mutant. It wasn't possible. Nothing abnormal had ever happened to her.

"We didn't kidnap you, we are saving your life." Namjoon rolled his eyes reflecting the annoyance on Hoseok's face.

"What proof do you have that I am a mutant?" She sat down and rubbed the back of her neck. Her skin chilled under her touch and she frowned at them wondering which one had ice powers. Clearly one of them was stressed and was cooling the cab too much. Yoongi eyed her picking up her actions and sighed heavily.

"This cab is sweltering." Yoongi said slowly. "You are shivering." His lidded eyes were judging her.

"What? You think I am Mei from Overwatch or something? Are you crazy?" She wanted to stand up but she felt her body groan in protest. Her heart pounded against her chest as her fingers ached in protest to curling. Every moment she felt more cold.

"Could just be the electricity." Jungkook mumbled as he stared at her. He had remained silent the whole time, too busy watching her. She was so calm, in his eyes he saw nothing of the scared girl Yoongi was complaining about. Seokjin took it upon himself to test her temperature. As soon as his fingers touched her skin the whole cab could hear a faint sizzling. Fire and ice, it was a noisy match.
