Eren and Levi were wed the next spring, the roses bloomed brightly in the sunlight as they stood upon the patio looking out into the gardens, hands tightly clasped together.

Levi had managed to convince queen Carla to add a few red rose bushes to the bland pink and white garden, she had delightfully agreed.

He had also, selflessly, invited Hanji and Erwin, the queens former guards, to come to the wedding.

Although he'd hate to admit, they were quite special to him. After all, he wouldn't be standing inside the palace gates if they hadn't bought him on order of the queen...

Eren and Levi would be separated during the hours leading up to the ceremony, it was tradition, the queen explained.

The all important vows were exchanged, Queen Carla shed many tears upon the happy couple, Eren even caught King Grisha wipe a single tear away.

Over the past year, Levi had trained hard and gained the title of humanities strongest.
He would go to battle along side Erwin and Hanji, the three found they had similar interests and soon became best friends.

The year also bough disadvantaged...

The soon to be wedded couple had not been able to have any privacy, the Queens guards would follow them around constantly.

It had been a tiring year of running from the guards just so the pair could spend precious time together.

After the wedding came the feast, the two grooms sat at the head of the winding table before them, they ate until their stomachs began to hurt.

Mikasa sat next to her fiancé, Jean, a farm boy who enjoyed messing with Eren's temper.

They were also to be married in a few short months.

The two could not of asked for a better outcome.

They still gained disgusted looks from various nobles, however, the pair could not care less about their thoughts and opinions.

As long as they both loved one another, their family would be forever happy.
