Roman X Reader: How Dare Cotton Candy Betray Me

Prompt: Roman x Reader

The group goes to an amusement park and, due to Roman's cocky attitude, the two make a bet to see who can handle the roller coasters longer (loser would have to put up with non-explicit teasing on the way home). She turns out to have more ride experience than Roman and she grabs his hand on one ride for his sake while claiming it's for her sake. He expresses knowledge of the lie when they exit, he surrenders the bet, and they agree to look for another activity.

"Hey, Wanna make a dare?" Roman asked Y/n while biting his lip,

"You know when he makes a dare he'll most likely fail it" Logan whispered to one of the others

"Sure," Y/n replied munching on her cotton candy

"Person who can ride the rides without being sick afterwards..."

"Get's to tease the other on the way back home." Roman finished his sentence while stealing some of Y/n's cotton candy, he was feeling very confident about his chances of winning,

"Hey! Wait," Y/n handed the rest of her candy fluff to a very confused Roman,

"You can have to rest of it, Don't really like it"

"Really? Can we share it?"

"Nah, I'm good."

"This is a very rare sight" "Yeah, Y/n giving up food, she's planning something" "Yep" "Agreed"

"Ok then" Roman started finishing the rest of the cotton surgery cloud, while Y/n was picking out the rides,

"You two do what ever your dare is, we're going to the game area," Patton said while dragging the others

"Ok"

Once Roman was done, they started off easy, riding on each ride Y/n would think would make the sugar filled 'Prince' sick, maybe to the point of throwing up.

It was the 5th ride and Roman started to look like he was very uncomfortable, his eyes were closed and he looked like he was holding his breath, Y/n hated him feeling like this but it was Him who decided to do it, she took his hand and held it, they both made eye contact and Y/n just gave back a nervous smile,

"I'm not quitting yet" Y/n mouthed so Roman took it as it was for her sake,

He shouldn't have eaten the candy...

I shall not be defeated...Y/n made me fail with the sweet candy bait...

The ride was over and everyone got off safely,

Y/n was only holding back a laugh by an obvious smirk, Roman must've seen and caught on,

"You weren't actually sick were you?"

"Nope!" Y/n replied while popping out the 'P'

Roman groaned, so he lost another dare.

"How 'bout you?" Y/n teased,

"Shut up" Roman mumbled,

"A dare's a dare Princey"

"Yeah, yeah" Roman crossed his arms pouting,

"Let's go find the others"

"Can I just, like pretend that we didn't make the dare?"

"Sure, you can But I'll still remember"

"Oh come on!"

"Your dare," Y/n ran ahead of Roman

"Hey! Ugh" Roman groaned as he tried to catch up with Y/n.

"So, who won?" Thomas asked,

Y/n nudged Roman's arm,

"Y/n...But she ruled me out with the cotton fluff!" Roman sighed,

"Called it,"

"Hell yeah I did" Y/n smirked, they all laughed, well except for Roman.
