"What?!" I am taken aback by his question.

"I...I'll think about it?" I stuttered.
I quickly walked back to my dorm and closed the door. This could be a big change in my life if it worked. A Ghoul becoming a vampire? I've never heard of it! It surprised me when Aido was even able to break the skin, since ghouls can't be hurt by normal weapons, etc.
I mean, it didn't sound like a bad idea. Being a vampire, I could live off blood tablets without hurting anyone, plus vampires could eat normal food, which I hope it will affect my Ghoul organs and such.
Also I had to worry about level E. I don't know how the stuff with becoming a vampire works but I'm sure that there is a way to not become it, which Zero seems to be close.
If I stayed a Ghoul, I would be stuck in this endless cycle of feeding and killing. As far as I know, the CCG probably wouldn't be after me anymore. Of course they would still be after "Kumo" but if I was no longer a Ghoul they could never find me.
To be honest, becoming a vampire sounded way better than staying a Ghoul, and I think my decision is pretty obvious.
The sun is setting, so I'll figure out more later. Classes will begin to start and I have to get my stuff ready. I rush to my desk to finish my homework that I completely forgot about. It was hard since I don't pay attention in class.
I think that even if we did try to make me a vampire, it wouldn't work. None of it made sense, but I was willing to try ANYTHING that had the possibility of working. Being vampire was the closest to being human I will ever be.
I walk to class completely zoned out just thinking. I managed to make it there without bumping into a person or wall. I sat down and got ready for a boring lecture about how vampires traveled from Europe or something.
