Chapter 8

Steve's POV

I kept having the dreams but I didn't get up. Natasha was getting her strength back I was glad. She was excited for the baby. I was too. We found out we where having a girl. I was super excited to have a little girl. It reminded me of when Raven Jackson first joined the team. Natasha and I went out to shop for furniture. While she went clothes shopping with Jane I got my bags out of the room and put them in the basement just in case. When I came up stairs there was a knock on the door. I opened it and it was Tony.

"What's up" I said.

"Congrats on your baby" he said.

"Thanks but what are you here for" I said.

"Pepper is pregnant too. I'm freaking out" he said.

"Don't just relax. There's nothing to worry about" I said.

"I'll go to Thor you were no help" he said.

"Your welcome" I said and laughed.

Natasha POV

I bought enough clothes for about three babies. But I was ok with it! I got home and Steve helped me carry in clothes.

"You think you got enough" he said.

"Yep" I said and kissed him, "now the fun part, sorting" I said and laughed.

"Yeah" he said.

We got the bags in the room. I opened the closet and started to put the clothes in line.

"Do guess who came over while you where gone" he said.

"Who?" I asked.

"Tony Stark" he said.

"Really. What did he want?" I asked.

"He said that Pepper was pregnant and he was scared" he replied.

"Tony is scared. What did you tell him?" I said.

"Not to be worried, he said I was no help and he was going to Thor" he replied.

"Like he would say anything better" I replied.

He smiled. Then there was a knock on the door.

"I'll get it" I said.

I ran out and got the door. It was Thor. "Steve home" he asked.

"Steve it's Thor" I shouted.

He came out and guested for him to come in.

Steve's POV

He came in and sat down.

"Tony come to you" he asked.

"Yes" I said.

"He's really that nerves?" Natasha asked.

"Oh yes he is terrified I talked to him for a hour or so. He was like a two year old scared of a monster" he said.

"Ok is he better now?" I asked.

"A little I told him to talk to Bruce I just wanted to make sure he came to you because you weren't nerves" he replied.

"Thanks" I said.

He nodded and left. I finished helping Natasha put the clothes away.
